You REALLY need to focus on your timing a lot more... the entire time during TFE, you were fluctuating in and out of time and it sounds really sloppy (if you're a drummer and have the ear for it). Anyways, keep practicing, you have a lot of potential -- Just work on that timing!

@angusmaclennan keep your heels up. do you have a metronome? cause what helped me alot was just setting the metronome to 120 playing along with it at 120 then slowly going up by 5 beats 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, ect. and see how fast you can go. then go all the way back down to 120. do that for like 20 minutes a day and hopefully it will help ya out
