Actually, a lot of people have TRIED to do this before.
You might be the first.
When I did this, I wanted to brighten up the second tier as I called it, and I pulled out a wire to the transistor and NOTHING changed.
So, I learned that all I did was make a circuit with a non-functioning transistor, because the pulses from the first tier were the only pulses doing anything.
Please see what happens if you eliminate the second transistor.
