The 3 vehicular manslaughters in number three were caused by a glitch. If you get a splatter spree or a vehicular manslaughter, staying in the vehicle and getting another kill by shooting someone with it gives you another medal of the same kind. It's just a glitch that can happen to anyone, not just especially to him.
