Gohan. Monguel is tough but he doesn't have the speed some other characters in marvel and dc have to compensate for any energy out put attacks the dbz characters have.
as much as I hate to say it, but I'm giving this fight to Mongul. becuase he's not going to play fair in the least while gohan has honor. case in point he's not going to attack him outright. he's going to first throw his strongest warriors at Gohan to tire him out before personally attacking gohan, not only that, but also who's to say Mongul wouldn't hold gohan's family hostage and force him to ply by his rules, but like you said if gohan can unlock his true power, then Mongul is fucked.
