Wow! It's so tiny and such a majestic little guy. How in the world do you put this little fellow on the track? I love it!
Showgirl7able 5 months ago
@Showgirl7able The track is actually a toothed rubber belt driven by a motor. The locomotive is attached to the belt.

But i heard Tscale Is More smaller than THIS
kittus5850 6 months ago
@kittus5850 TY scale is half the size of T scale. (TY scale is 1:900, and T scale is 1:450.)
SilvermanStan 6 months ago
@SilvermanStan Tscale is a "real train" though and runs on tracks.

Is this T Gauge?
ColinTheAwesomest 7 months ago
@ColinTheAwesomest No, it's TY gauge. (I don't know the origin of this nomenclature.)
The scale is 1:900. T gauge is twice as large; 1:450.

@TrailBlazer65 Good idea. I did include a dime (USD 0.10). This is the smallest US coin.
Very cool.
Every home should have one. Well, maybe not; it'd lose it's charm.

So very tiny. It's smaller then TT Scale it seems.
BlackWolfessUSCM 2 years ago
Yes, it's 7.5 times smaller than TT, nearly 6 times smaller than N, and 4 times smaller than Z!
SilvermanStan 2 years ago
The loco is attached to a toothed belt which is driven by a small motor beneath the layout.
Are these trains motorized? I've seen small scale trains like these that were powered by air jets from below the track.
