  • Great advice for overcoming anxiety. Excellent for people looking to relax when dealing with stressful events.

  • But looks arent enough. People aren't genuinely gonna care about you unless you appear genuinely interested in them.

  • My opinion is that you're a bit of a narcissist, but whatever...i probably am too;) Practice communicating with people will reduce your anxiety alot. Fabricate a short story with abit of humor and tell it to someone who is in your general vicinity. For ex., standing in line at the grocery store, at a bus stop, or a club. Either they are interested are not. You never know who you might meet by putting yourself out there. You have looks, so thats a start.

  • seriously? this video would actually be worthwhile if the camera wasn't shaking the whole time.

  • OMG again. Sooooooo annoying. You're giving me anxiety...those shoes! The off-topic annoying comments! Damn..."horrible" or "terrible" doesn't begin to describe this video. FAIL FAIL FAIL.

  • OMG what an annoying video! This video gave me anxiety about bugs!

  • GOOD TIPS THANKS

  • i love the tips, but i think you should rerecord it without the bugs cause i was looking this up while having an anxiety attack and really wanted you to get through them and not be spitting out bugs

  • I see what you're doing which is really good, but in my opinion this is the worst way to talk to someone with anxiety.. I know cause I had it and the last thing on my mind is that it's just a feeling cause when it happens it just happens. So the real way to overcome anxiety is too eat a lot of fruits that work with Anxiety like peaches, strawberries, acai berries. And Almond Milk really helps and of course exercise. Not trying to sound like smart ass but what you eat can help. Good video though

  • You are a most caring compassionate person. Thank you for your video. It came at a time when I needed it. I help others with these things, but it's sooooo hard to deal with my anxiety ocd+depression. Thank you again. I'm 64 y/o and life's anxieties seem to be coming at me each day. I'm wondering if you'll ever do a vid on depression.... you're an angel, David

  • this is very good. I relate totally.I haven't had anxiety, or panic attacks in twenty years.

  • You are so sweet!! You have a new subscriber!!

  • I love ur vids they help me so much!! Thanx for sharing :)

  • you seem like u have no idea about what the fuck ur talking about, but ur hot so that s ok.

  • aww you made this on my birthday :)

  • "It's just a feeling" that could be a song

  • you wear WAY too much makeup

  • Just watching this video is making me rather anxious.

  • hello i havent got anxiety panic attacks or anything like that

but it seems when i smoke strong weed i always get bad panic attacks and it only stops when im not high

  • @infinitelimitation yur not alone but i notice when i was younger in my highschool days (p.s im only 21)lol it never affected me in such away but as soon as i graduated and had more things to worry about it gave me a totally diffrent affect. kinda crazy but thats when i just knew i had to stop smokin and it wasnt hard beacuse i hated feeling that way.

  • @infinitelimitation I think the solution is to not smoke it, then. I had my first really bad panic attack whilst in Amsterdam when I was 18. I'm 31 and stupidly continued smoking heavily despite my mind obviously rejecting the chemicals. I feel that my life has not taken the direction it should have done and that I have fell behind in many ways. Drugs destroy lives, it's a simple as that. What seems like fun at the time may have deverstating long-term effects. Be warned.

  • @jamesstasiak Thanks for the advice :) i only smoke on occasions now whereas before i was smoking everyday and if i do i need alcohol to ease the paranoia and panic

being in amsterdam and drinking coffee on top makes it 1000x worse imao

  • i was just wondering when did you realize you had amxiety and how did you deal facing it?

  • Ive just watched your videos and already you have helped me sooooo much ! Thank you gorgeous :-)) x

  • Lol! bugs haha shamez

  • I feel like you, many people tell me you are so nice, you should never have these anxiety attacks, I also know I should not but I do and I am doing something about it and this makes me feel better...

Lots of hugs and thank youuu!!!

Ps. from the breathing it feels like your dog is having an anxiety attack in the video ahah :)

  • thank you so much, i am facing this so bad but u have made me cry with hope

  • I want to start with saying thanks for posting this and all of the other videos you post. Anxiety can be hard to cope with and impossible to understand. Just know that you're not alone. Learning not to fight it has been one of the hardest things for me. I had panic attacks in junior high, then they went away for awhile. I had them in high school and they dissapeared for awhile. Now I'm 21 and they are back. Just know that you're not alone and everything will be fine.

  • w w w dealwithstresslabs com has some serious info about "How to deal with stress"

  • Very smart idea to chew gum in an bug infested area.

  • i had my first anxiety attack tonight and it made me feel like i was going crazy. i want to quit my job on monday (for no other reason other than it's not for me) and i am having so much anxiety that i am thinking about staying in the job just so i dont have to face telling my boss. i really can't understand why i have this fear. this is the worst feeling and i hope when the time comes, i can muster the strength to do it.

  • I always get stuck. Brain is so pathetic. I do these steps, but then I get anxiety over me trying to stop the anxiety. My brain gets anxious and wonders: so who am I now, without the anxiety? There is no me without the anxiety. I dont recognize these new feelings and thoughts. Was my whole life just a fake? And then my whole world falls apart and I get depressed as well.. Any tips?

  • @Pathrissia i feel the same way! i feel like i'm so used to this feeling that i dont even know whats real anymore .

  • @Coolkidt7 gaaah :| thought i was the only one, pheww 8)

  • @Coolkidt7 My friend mentioned that I have too low self esteem last night, and last night when I worked on it my anxiety actually disappeared more or less :O Try it, could work for u too.

  • @Pathrissia Thankss For Your help (: i heard that If you have bad Anxiety you should stop drinking Soda, Coffee & anytime of Energy Drink! That just increases Your heart.

  • @Coolkidt7 Thanks to you too! Also try thinking over and over again that "your fear will always be there". This way it kinda feels like I get calmer and become a bit stronger. Do u mind if i add u as a friend? :)

  • @Pathrissia i Already aproved (: & Thanks For your advice, its nice to talk to someone who has the same problem ..

  • @Pathrissia my brain works the same way,, I want to get rid of the panic and anxiety attacks, but when I use any of the tools or techniques i learned, the feeling of not having the anxiety attacks feels like its not me anymore.... find books on CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy), Or Talk to a psychologist about it!.. I'm in a program for anxiety disorders, And CBT is a big part of it!!.. it's worth a shot! :)

  • @asinforhim Aw thanks! Ill do so :))

  • Wow, Thank You so Much! i really needed something like this :')

  • @xxxciera123xxx like me, everynight you should try to go to your bed to sleep, try to do exercise about breath and lift up your abdomen, it will help you out,

  • Do you really know what you are talking about, doing what you say could really make sufferers a hell of a lot worse, I haven't got it but I work with these people and what you say is the biggest load of shite I've ever seen on youtube.

  • well now im horny from u so my anxiety gone thanks so much i love you

  • Mine are horrendous, really can at times feel like they are ruining my life! My tips are alcolohol has to be avoided, if iv been drinking the day before my anxiety attacks can esculate. I've faced these attacks for years, they dont go overnight but it is good to know im not the onlyone. On a lighter note the girl on the video is extremely gorgeous ;) lol

  • thanks this helps a lot..i think i found the solution to my anxiety..u did help a lot

  • I have been fighting with anxiety and panic attacks for a year. They are the worst when i'm at work. I had to quit my job because I would always go home early because I felt bad all the time. I have been out of a job for 6 months and i'm trying to find something else to make money other then a 9 to 5. Still waiting to hear about YouTube partner. Maybe that will help. Anyway, thank you so much for this video. I was starting to feel like I was the only one who felt this way.

  • Mine start with a "wave" of dizziness and nausea that sort of sweeps me away and leaves me detattched from reality

  • i have had anxiety attack for 5 days tis from my abilify that dr prescribed to me

  • I 2 hav suffered GAD and frequent panic/anxiety attacks everyday. Its a really gud feeling 2 see these videos and all the comments that follow, and to know that im not alone and im not the only 1 having these issues and feelings. Alot of my fam and even my friends find it realy hard to understand y i have anxiety and find it stupid how the smallest things can cause me to feel anxious. So seeing people that are the same as me is realy refreshing and i guess makes me feel a lil beter wit who i am.

  • I agree completely, For one the doctors visits for the numerous brain tumors and heart attacks you think your having( hopefully im not the only one)..IS EXPENSIVE. and if you practice enough I really do beleive these to work. I like to do something mindless and remind myself that it will pass. I have never died. nor will ever die from a panic/anxiety attack. BUT that does not mean its easy. you have to work at it all the time. it does get better. matter of fact i'mhaving one right this second.

  • ello, if i may ask, do you get the racing or hard pumping heart with your attack? i have them and thay scar me alot when my attacks come..

  • @LUNCHBOX762X39 Yes, You do I get palpitations, even some back to back. I get dizzy as if I am going to pass out. I come up with crazy ideas that I think i'm dying and must get to a hospital. Really just face it directly, remind yourself that it really IS just a feeeling. It is your bodys response to anxiety..big or really insignificant. =) IT WILL GET BETTER but you have to work at it!

  • LORAZEPAM 1MG. I been on 7 different benzos. XANAX is most common, KLONOPIN will make you sleepy so as VALIM. ATIVAN(LORAZEPAM) is the best I think.

  • I also have anxiety and and a friend who also has anxiety and we do that for each other. Many times we wake up late with anxiety, and call each other, we have this thing where if your having anxiety call anytime, 24/7, cause we both know what it's like. Many times I will check to see if she called at 3 a.m. and the same with her.

  • Very Helpful for me

  • HELLO!! I'm so happy I found someone that goes thru the same thing...thanks for posting these video's. They have really helped!!!! =]

P.S- You look & act eXcactly like my best friend...that sounds weird but whatev...its true.

  • but I didn't have space to say she is 200% right ; ) O also understand that if you have anxiety it's cause something is wrong and you are worried about it which natural and it will not kill you it is just an alarm to let you know this so find and fix those problems and you will be anxiety free.... I am off to watch some dragon ball lol.... it works.... Take care : )

  • I am having an anxiety attack now, It's been like six years, I know how they work just wanted to check out some videos on it, I know that I have a lot of stress, I deploy next week, I spent alot of money on replacing my pc and it messed up again when I fixed it, I played a big show tonight and was kind of nervous, and much more.... My tips to others is to do something that relaxes you call a friend watch a cartoon cause kids shows are a positive and easy thinking for you... Well nice video : )

  • I wasn't able to watch this whole video the first time, but just seeing those first two tips helped me TONS! I always felt the only way to deal with my anxiety was with drugs (according to the doctor). Hopefully I can continue to use these steps and keep it under control. Thank you!!

  • I was actually having a panic attack before watching this video. Midway I started to feel better. I felt fine after. Thank you. You are really beautiful by the way.

  • I think these tools are very practical. My anxiety just started for the first time 4 months ago out of the blue, and was so scary at first I literally thought I was going crazy .Anyways, its getting alot better but my main issue now is going to malls and places like walmart ..but I do keep trying to go as much as possible.. It's great to see you and other people coping with this, and knowing that it can be overcome, or at least manageable :)

  • hi babe i have a qustion 4 u and 4 da guys here, for a year now iv been having some weird feelings and shortness of breath, it is realy scary, like i cant breath or drawning feels like a ton is on my chest and somebodys is choking me, iv had all the fisical tests and they all came out good, 3 doctors said that this is anxeity attack, it fucked up my life im 32 year old healthy' happy guy, dont know where the attacks came from, did somebody feelt like this before??

  • Of course not all new medical problems can and should be attributed to anxeity, but certainly some can. If you are satisfied that the doctors have checked you over, then I'd go with their diagnosis.

There are some medications, even OTC, that can cause anexiety so look for possible drug triggers, but other than that, they can be simply triggered by your own mind.

Mine are due to sensations similar to yours where I notice that something does not feel normal, perhaps due to over sensitivity.

  • thanx for the replay but guess what ?!!! its gone !

and i knew it all the time....its cuz of cuggarets !!!!!

i quit smoking ( i smoked a pack a day ) and for a week now i feel very good, no shortness of breath, i feel healthy, and its all gone like it never been there !

It took me a long time to realize that my feelings and thought can not hurt me, and are not really 'me' you know? its just the anxiety.
