I'm so mad that this year 2011, they didn't do flaming helmet or bungie vs world on halo 3. It makes me so sad that they aren't doing flaming helmet or anything for bungie day on halo 3. Just for that, I'm never playing halo reach again.

Interesting, you make 2 holiday specials a very short video leaving a total of 8 months without any word of your main project: The Adventures of Mike and Craig" then leave for four months and make it back five days late for Bungie Day. But enough about that. The video was interesting.

You start off letting us know when it takes place which was probably a good idea to avoid the inevitable "Bungie Day was twelve days ago" comment. Then you bring us into the start up of an Xbox with a strange character speaking. I noticed that the pop up screen that was supposed to inform the player about the armor said Bungie Armor, when it was supposed to say Get Your Fame On.

So I suppose that was some good photoshopping? So skipping the main menu, I liked the idea of the video where the armor ends up burning everyone to death. It was creative and it worked. In the beginning I had a slight fear that you might get repetitive with the video and just keep showing him running around, but you changed things up at the right times to keep it interesting.

The viewer laughs at the fact that it's burning him then before it gets boring you show him trying to wash it out, then before you get bored you show others are experiencing this, and from there you maintain the fun by showing different scenes of action where the characters are dealing with the flames which was pretty funny.

And of course you end it with another element where this is all a Bungie conspiracy to end the halo fan base and restart the series so they won't need to make up any more halo ideas due to lack of imagination for other games. And that would have to be my most favorite scene.

Then you end it with a quick message and an ad for Halo 1 which according to that was going to come out on November 01, 2010. Just adding the conspiracy I guess. The only problems I had with the video was the crowd was a bit too loud in the beginning (before the old guy) and the main characters voice annoyed me. But that doesn't really have much to do with the video. It's more like a technical and personal problem. Overall I'd give it a 4-4.5/5. Good job, good luck and welcome back.
