At least you know what happened, my foamy bipe just headed for the ground for reasons unknown to me. Glanced away for a split second and saw it diving, after several minutes of stable flight - no wind, aaaaaaa!!
You have to watch those Ultimates when you start using rudder at low speed, they'll drop a wing and enter a spin quick as a flash. As someone else said -- always bring them in as soon as you feel something's not right.
I'm surprised you didn't land right when you first noticed a problem... I just got a CG Ultimate myself from a guy that built it... 2 flights only. Wish me luck!
nice [plane, nice sound, everything nice, exceot for the crash, all well at least u built it, i just bought a apache helicoter off ebay, i think it is easier to fly than a plane, maybe when im done with helicoters.....
it is so much harder to fly a heli, unless it coaxial type then airplanes, i fly both, the airplane i can look away it will be where i knew it would be but heli could venture off in any direction if u not paying attention
put it back together and fly again. give more speed to land and your aproach. biplne needs 1/4 speed to land and if not it'll stall. trust me i crashed few already.
You tip stalled it. Unless the engine quit, which it didn't seem like it did, then it was all pilot error. Gotta love that big 4 stroker sound though.
Thats a big G.I.Joe

Rather be overpowered than underpowered.

It was mechanical failure. The main aleron failed in flight causing both to fail.
