My middle school 7th Heaven sings this. You need to speed it up, work on dynamics, vowels, releases, and pretty much everything except possibley the notes, but that cutting it close. Not to good, but not horrible, 2 or 3 of 10
this is really good! the only think I would say needs some more work (or needs to be a tad bit more noticeable) is the dynamics. its kind of hard to notice the difference between the forte and the piano in this song. but otherwise, good job! ^^
This is the BEST version I've heard from all because they are putting the feeling into it. I could care less about the pissy minutia! This is EXACTLY the soul I want for my choir. I'd like more dynamic contrast and they could use the drum part for accent but the voices are the best!
Love the song, but not the way it is performed. It seems like seeing as you are performing the piece so slow, you could clean some things up. Dynamcs, vowels, releases and attacks. Besides that and tuning, it's GREAT!
The tenors ARE on point though...I like them and the sopranos...I really wish the altos were stronger though, when I did this song I was a bass, and about the loudest one, so I know how hard it can be for the basses, but they are on point too. Just get a better alto section leader, someone louder and overall better...and you guys can go places.
More Alto. The Sopranos sound bright and stand out toooo much.

Could use a little bit more work on your blend but overall a nice sound. Also, diction is very important here.

some advice...this sounds sooo drawn out...be sharper on some of the parts...Chris-tian journey...etc
also on the trimmed part...do something like
"keep your lamps...trimmmmmmmmed and burning...etc"
"til your work is donnnnnnnnnnnnnne"
