This version of Woody aired on WNYW Fox 5 in NYC, which had been airing Woody and pals well I guess since the station could be able to get their hands on the cartoons. Doesn't surprise me a small market NBC station like WNDU would air a cartoon show even as cable was raging along in the late 1980's
