i cant believe how poorly optimized this game is...

a resolution lower than the standarized 1900x1080 with that monster rig and you only get 60fps in a average sized bf3 map taking into account that ultra settings were not really unlocked in the beta...

whats the point on a 120hz screen if you cant get past 60 fps even with that rig?

I wanted a 120 screen but seeing how bad the performance in this game is i might get an IPS monitor instead....

Dude... DICE is officialy stating that you need SLI GTX 580 (Wich means 2 pieces of the most expensive single gpu cards in the market) to max this game. THE FINAL RETAIL VERSION of the game. Check the nvidia site too.

The game is optimized as shit just to sell sell sell sell. They have an agreement with nvidia.

Arma 2 runs better than this.

beta? people with the actual retail game (yes people have it already) are reporting that they dont have decent framerates even with Sli Gtx 580.

@shakespearespqr Well I don't know what you call "decent" but a SLI GTX 580 config can get 100 FPS average on Ultra at 1080p. Obviously we all know that it such a config is extremely expensive and should NOT be needed for such graphics at all. Besides the game does look worse than what it looks like in the trailers - non the less it's a fun multiplayer game and even though it's not the graphics revolution, it still looks good.

They have sold us a "brand new" game, they have advertised it to make us think it was going to be the game of the century and that we would need a hell of a expensive pc to play it. For what? To bring us a recycled version of Bad Company 2 wich i was able to max in my 2year old pc.
