@TheMangasoup Tail Concerto is a PS1 game that was released in the late 1990s. Solartorobo is the sequel to Tail Concerto. And I love Waffle! Don't hate on him just cause he's not Red! Red rocks, but Waffle came first! ^^

@AuraChannelerChris Just because that character's name is red doesn't mean the game pokemon.You are saying something like another person saying "Hi, I am Jeff" and a game has a main character named Jeff, BOOM that real Jeff's Parents goes to jail for copywrite. Red is actually a rare name in the real world too.

Out of all the "American voice acting sucks" thing going around the anime-passionates here, I really have to say that this scene, and Waffle's rather ineffective voice acting is a good example of why people feel that way.

But seriously, people, you can't generalize all American voice acting to be bad.

5. When it was released in Japan in early 1998, it was a PSone exclusive at the time 3rd party titles especially RPG fared better on Saturn.

4. It was not published in the states by Bandai but instead by Atlus.

3. Dreamcast had just come out in the states.

2. Psone's demographic was not entirely kids.

Her Waffle voice is very similar to the voice she used as Wirt in Diablo.

I thought the voice acting was typical for a translated anime. Even great Animes tend to suffer from that kind of problem when being ported over to English (though the Arabic versions seem strangely better. Maybe that's just me).

From my experience, once you beaten the game once, it all seems easy trying to beat it again. The game is very short. I have beaten it 4 times with the bonus at the end. Before it used to take me about 2 months to beat it, now it only take me less than 24 hrs. That's the only flaw to this game---time. But overall, its great.

This would be Kemono, not furry. 

Kemono is different because it's more of something incorperated into Japanese legends. Kemono means beast and more referred to Kitsune which are foxes who transformed into people. There are other creatures which are referred to as kemono as well. Furry is more of a non Japanese phenomena. You could say Kemono is like our aesophs fables and peter rabbit. A non perverted form aspiring to give stories with morals and proverbs.

Everything about the US translation makes me cringe. The Jap version is so much better, even without a script for me to follow. I was soooo pissed when I booted up the US version and the first thing I heard was some crappy midi music. That they'd cut out the beautiful music that was in the Jap version.
