i'm glad that they've chosen a good young actor also in his 20s! - at least they're now targeting the female audience.

I was getting fed up with watching male-orientated movies where "old way-over-40" year old male actors acting with acteresses still in their early 20s! (what makes men think that young females are attracted to old wrinkled and sagging faces lol...why isn't there a single acteress in Bollywood who's over 40 and still acting? it shows how hollow the Bollywood audience can be.)

i watched the movie today as it had early release in US here. was pretty excited (i went to first show) to watch but must say, it was not good at all, same old story and really boring. sabbirsa, i would've agreed w/ you before but sonam's acting in this movie was backwaas, and sadly another flop for her. unless, want to waste time and money no need to go to theater to watch this movie.

Sonam will become the greater actress...she is on her way already. To sustain in the industry, you need more than just a pretty face...you need to have ACTING talent. Sonam's performances have always been praised even in flops like Saawariya and Delhi 6. Whereas Deepika's acting was bashed even in superhit movies like Love Aaj Kal.
