They look tired and annoyed, to be up so early. Going on the road is tough for performers. Every show starts at night, your tired, but you go from the stage, to a bus, if you sleep, it's in the wee hours of the mourning, the you have to get up and do an interview with an annoying mourning DJ. I understand the need to promote an album and a tour but, if I haven't gotten any sleep, the previous night, there is no way I am doing an early mourning show.

Too bad paul didnt mention anything about how mutemath came to be after earthsuit split up. Then again they look completely tired. Still seems like the fame is consuming them. Maybe its just the hideously annoying DJ.

They might be really worn out, but they are kind of acting like a group of prima donnas. I really like this band, but I just hate it when musicians feel the need to act all annoyed and a bit snobbish in interviews.

OK, I lose. That's pretty immature, "I lose"? She's a radio DJ, it's her job to be high intensity so people will continue to listen to her station's product...And quite frankly, I didn't find her all that over-the-top or annoying, infact, she was very much a stereotypical radio person. But I did leave that comment over 2 months ago, so I'm pretty much over it, winner.

they are not annoyed or snobbish, more like shy. the guys in this band are humble and real - not showbiz loud and fully into themselves like alot of others. give 'em a break. and the DJ is just doing her morning show job which is high energy, written questions, caffeinated intensity... let it go and move on!

It's because people feel the need to "support" the main subjects of these youtube videos by clicking that little thumbs down icon if they read anything that might appear contrary to the idea that said subject is the best [insert noun] ever. It's more or less blind devotion with no tolerance for others ideas.

the band does not want to be there. and that is to be expected. listen to paul, he was sneakily telling people he is tried and everything they do feels like a "real job" (meaning "it sucks sometimes"). people typically act or pretend that they are happy and that everything is just great; i don't think the guys of mute math are of the character to do so.
