I'm in the background of this video. The woman holding the sign was degrading everyone around her. The girl screaming at her got fed up when this woman kept disregarding everything that this girl said and eventually started yelling after trying to hold a civil conversation. My best friend was the one who yelled "You're a robot!" And she really was. Everytime that someone said something to her, she disregarded them and said the same thing as before but in different words.

You're right that God says "Judge not that you be not judged" (see Matthew 7:1-6). It's God's prerogative, not ours, to decide who gets punished for what and how. And, yes, he WILL forgive ANYTHING if a person is truly sorry for the action they've taken to offend him (aka: a sin--see the Bible for a specific list of what he calls sin). In fact, he WANTS to forgive ppl, but He can't unless they choose to accept his forgiveness by first admitting that they were wrong to offend him.
