My mom feeds them Koi pellets, and he is about 5 or 6 years old now.

He looks yellow in this, but he is actually silver. He is a Platinum Ogon.

I purchased him at Petsmart of all places! He was no bigger than a small goldfish and cost me about $3.50.

  • @BellenarcissA You got these koi fish for 3.50$?!?!?!?

  • @Puglord99

I got the Platinum koi from Petsmart for about $3.50 after my employee discount!

He was very small and we drove him to my mom's pond 2 hours away, I sat in the car holding him in a tupperware dish. He was very friendly from the start, he was nibbling my fingers and eating fish pellets by hand the whole ride there!

  • this is sad all of my goldfish died in my pond about 30 of them 10 survived that reminded me

  • I love koi!

  • i don't know if it's true, but i heard these fish are so smart you could teach them to jump through a hoop!
