I saw this video some times, and I was wondering: How do you use the keyboard with the sound of lsdj without any arduinoboy connected with the gameboy? Sorry for the stupid question :S
@ChezWearsVans the keyboard is just playing some square waves, it's not hooked up to the GameBoy at all. I have a midi-gb unit made by low-gain for midi syncing etc, but rarely use it. Lately i just sync gameboy by ear and record it into FLStudio.
This is more than amazing, the drop killed me, AMAGING use of LSDJ, expecially the wav channel, this remind me talking bass from IAYD with a lot of influence from Fighter X. Absolute Amazing.
@ChezWearsVans dahahaha, thanks... although this is a couple years old now... search DEADBEATBLAST SINISTAR and see if you can find that song, i think it's up on 8BC.org
@TheMitchMonster ,Krylon brand plastic paint, typically used for stuff like plastic lawn furniture... I recommend testing out the paint job on a plastic bottle first, especially when layering colors... And allow as much drying time between coats as possible. Then I use a spray on clear coat to protect it. Model paints from a hobby shop would probably be better though.
@TeaBaggins hey thanks! yeah, jazz class was fun stuff. Nice that they had a projector there. Btw, that guitar on your profile pic, is it ESP? looks sick.
This is just amazing. Please I would really love to know, how did you get the gameboy sound coming from the keyboard, like did you build a convertor or buy one, and if you bought it, whats it called, thanks alot. :)
hey, that sound is just some plain square wave synth on my Korg micro x. if you want to actually hook a keyboard to your gameboy try searching firestarter midi. or if on ebay try low gain midi. he builds a sweet one.
is that gameboy being controlled???/..... VIA MIDI!?!??!

I really like the color scheme of your gameboy, did you paint it yourself and if so, what kind of paint did you use?
