this is incredible film footage. I am an American studying Yang style for healing purposes and it was beneficial to view Chen style unfiltered for the West. Very natural. Elegant. I loved the Push hands segment.

theres not enough footage circulating like that 1st half, the martial aspects of tai ji are unknown by the majority of people, thats why it gets the name of an old mans art, This rocks
