you can HOT GLUE things to concrete walls, such as LAMINATED posters. It will not damage the poster, or take the paint off the wall. Go to your local ART STORE.. (NOT MICHAELS... a smaller store).. ask for extra's of odd color's Matte Board that they would be willing to donate, or dicount. Matte Board is what is used around a picture that you take to get framed, and is what Charity is showing you. You can get a very very large peice for $5.00 in colors like lime green, yellow, brown, etc.
@rsoakley4 Thanks for the tips! I have also thought about getting the large pieces of matte board, but if you have ever seen me cut, you would know why I buy the pre-cut pieces. So much easier for the price involved. The company I used in the video was super cheap. I have also heard about the hot glue - thanks for sharing :)
