The plot of the lyrics is that the Stallion is no longer the property of the Stallion master. The Stallion as detailed in ancient scripts was never supposed to be a harmful creature. The previous situation of the Stallion was disasterous but moving forward will be a "different story"

The perspective is of an onlooker well versed in Boognish and Stallion mythology who is impressed by the Stallion when seeing the Stallion in person.
