  • hello mr yuri yura.. i am also following stronglifts 5x5.. I see that when you squat, you place you weight on the front of your sole.. i remember mehdi stating in his 'how to squat' article' that you have to feel the weight of your body at both your HEELS.. maybe you can refer to the article again..

  • @azlanrosli My more recent videos are better, I am working on my flexability so it will continue to improve hopefully

  • so how well does the 5x5 program work? have you seen really big improvements rapidly? also are you taking any protein supplements or a semi strict diet?

  • @xXxbwelitexXx Not sure, I started a low and got a thumb injury so I am not sure of the speed, and I tried using a protein shake but I prefer natural methods, i.e a small serving of fish can get you 30~ grams of protein similiar to a shake

  • @MrYuriyYura I actually switched and am doing a edited version of SS, I'm dieting also but I do drink protein shakes solely 'cause I don't have enough time to make a meal immediately after my workout. Happy lifting.
