Wearing the niqab or burka is not only for religious reasons, but also to be dressed modestly in front of the opposite sex. In the western world the modestly level of some women is just disgusting.

If they really want to wear this garment then I think that they should be able to provide finger prints and hair follicles before entering any public places. That is to say, once this is done, they would be able to wear the burka all they want
