The new Toyota/Subura coupe will be in production soon, and to me, the styling of the new coupe is drop dead gorgeous! (by the looks of the near-production concept) . it is a brilliant move of Toyota to combat the Z by offering affordable coupe, lightweight,the reliable of a Toyota, and of course ...the price! for all Supra fans out there, I guess u all have to settle for the aftermarket turbo for the new coupe. But I believe the styling of it will win you guys over! it will on market in 2011.

I truly dont know what you mean by " the new FT-86 can be like 2030's F1 tech" . Seriously, the new AFFORDABLE TOYOTA/SUBARU coupe is intended to be mass produce ...aka....CHEAP !!! Enlighten me why it can be whatever u say it will be 20 years ahead of its competetion??? Beside its engine will be a direct fuel ejection , a 2.0 or something liter capacity and rear drive??? It gets its big horsepower rating from the hybrid powertrain. The electric motors put out 190 (approx.) hp, while the v6 has 220(or something like that)hp, so altogether it has 400, but the motors aren't running all the time, just during acceleration. So this thing will have mad acceleration, but not a very high top speed because it will not only lack power, but also have the weight of the second drivetrain to cart around.
