Shes adorable.. but does she really need to be wearing that outfit baring her stomach.. or all that makeup? shes 4 (or under) She should be a child. I know you will probably respond saying that in competition like that she has to wear the makeup and clothes like that or she wont win.. well if thats true then maybe she shouldn't be competing at age 4.
