ok I think I know the spot, I did not finish climbing up the ladder because I accidently knocked a bunch of debris onto my friend below so we assumed it was too dangerous. I deffinately have no idea where in the western portal the two connect however.
Yea, it's difficult to find first try because the mine's so big. But they do connect in a couple of places. We actually came out of the other end this trip, I just didn't video it. I think you have to find the old decline and head off a drift from it to get to the eastern side.
Everything about this mine pretty awesome. Even the name kicks ass.
