I'm one of those who find challenging games fun to play, but this puzzle is challenging even for a computer: You are supposed to understand and pre-calculate the speed and distance into the amount of back-bounce distance and speed. It might be doable through human training leading to intuitive reflexes, but... ...come on!

Both my grammas are long dead, and graverobbery is frowned upon (in my experience), so I would not be punching either in the face anyway.

Maybe you should do your commentary for the rest of the extra world in post, if that doesn't introduce a worse bother than the distraction of doing it realtime.

It's a shame that they really have to resort to pinpoint accuracy, which ruins any "kaizo" hack, in this fangame. Pinpoint accuracy is never, ever fun. Savestates in mario hacks make it tolerable. I wish you could save state in this, if only for this world.

Strangely I find myself agreeing with both sides here. If the game itself isn't fun anymore, you shouldn't feel forced to keep playing just to keep your fans satisfied.

That being said, I think you're actually very capable of finishing the game, and those moments of success could make playing worth it. The thing would be to find a way to play without it becoming a chore. I for one wouldn't mind less frequent updates like you're doing now, if that means you will eventually clear the game.

Is your problem that you play a lot every day for a repetitive 10 minute video, or is your problem the repetitive 10 minute video and you don't mind playing a lot?

If it's the former: then this system is probably the best.

If it's the latter: it may be better for you to play 20 minutes every day as usual, but trim it exhaustively so that it's not repetitive, and join all the videos into 1 10-minute video per week. How's that sounds?
