@Tomahawknutter did you fiberglass the pepekura, or what did you use to harden the mask before you bondoed it, im making the same one your black mask is, but idk what to use as a hardener before the bondo. please reply, and also where can i buy it? thanks

@tanasy146 i did fibreglass as well as rondo, which is car body filler mixed with the fibreglass resin and just poured onto the inside of the mask, really easy to use ans just as strong as fibreglass, i get all my stuff from halfords ( uk ) basicly any car shop should sell what ya need

@SpeakLikeBatman well with the scar, i just marked it out with a penicl and used my dremel it gently cut a bit out, its very close to goin through completly, i made the mask not as smooth as it could be just so it has that rough look. and the silver is dry brushed on, get paint on a small brush, whipe it off so it barely on and lightly drag it across the areas you think it should go, anything raised, common sense for that part, what looks right,

@SpeakLikeBatman you can also spray it silver, put some vaciline or petrolium jelly on areas you wana stay silver i.e scar and other places, spray it black, then whipe the jelly off when paint dry, tlhe silver will be there and if you lightly spray it black the silver will partly show through as well, hope this helps

@SpeakLikeBatman yeah, used a rotary cutter on my demel and just slowly lowed it onto the mask, tbh an ordinary saw would do the trick as well

yeah ive put a helm or two on ebay since then..sold them too. fairly easy money. u jus post some pics and write a description and thts basically it....then just wait on the bidders...lol
