You're damaging your engine - I hope the company offer a guarantee. The black smoke means the engine is not running efficiently, it is having far too much diesel injected for the size of cylinder. It burns off in the manifold, turbo, egr & cat - covers them in soot and fouls the exhaust valves causing them to stay open and for the cylinder to lose compression. This means the more you do it, the worse it gets and performance will die right off. SMOKE=BROKE on a diesel, so why ruin a good engine
