...hi, can I use the keyboard to play sounds on the microkorg? I know that the keys are smaller than normal, but I want to be able to play the sounds inside the synthesizer part. Can the keyboard do that?
Also, can the microphone be detached from the microkorg so that I can store it in the closet when I am not using it? I need it to go on the top shelf in the closet. Can I do that?
Lastly, do the knobs on the synth part rotate in both directions? I need to be able to go both ways.
first, Yes you can connect the microkorg with an other keyboard through a MIDI cable. Make sure that your keyboard has an MIDI ouput.
PS the microkorg only has 4 voices, with means that only 4 keys will play a sound when pressed (depends on who you have made the "voice" but it is between 4 and 1 key at a time)
Second yes you can put the microphone on the top shelf
Sounds amazing! the studio versions seems to have something like this behind the bass, i a very processed sounds, sounds like a synth, just like this!
take a look at my channel, there are a lot of muse stuff too!
LOL, man... that rhythm is incredibly difficult to mimic correctly... especially on a bass. I think the original falls between a white fuzz waveform and a sawtooth... not sure if it's actually played with a bass now that I think about it... never really heard any particular bass-dynamics (or mistakes)
noob

A good way to get the notes is to look up the bass tab, and figure out the notes.
If you play bass or guitar, this isn't very difficult.

This is really well played, I reckon the actual song leans a bit more towards the sawtooth sound though...

That is pretty good. Great beginning beat for a club song. You should extend upon it.
Is there anyway I could get the settings for the patch you used. Thanks
: )
