Is sad to know that 50 years after the B-58 flew we still dream of flying from NY to LA in 2 hrs its incredible that we still fly on way for more than 5 hours between those cities when the B-58 did the round trip in a little more than 4. I'm an engineering student and I love aircraft and sometimes I wish I was born in the 50's or y 70's in those days everyone dreamed and pushed the boundaries of science.
Good films of a beautiful aircraft. Inspiring message from Jimmy Stewart. Too bad Cheney & Bush destroyed the international respect our country enjoyed for so long. How can they repay us for the damage they did to our country?

Love those sonic booms. I used to live in Boron, CA. Right across from Edwards AFB. In the nineties, you still heard sonic booms once in a while. The sound of freedom.
