  • Hi,Pursebuzz I don't think we have ever met & i don't use make up but i did want to say thank you.i am going through hard times when i came across some of your videos.i had a hard time understanding what you werw talking about but you did make me feel better. you seem like a very cool women, THANK YOU "i have a face book page"Tim Arnold in SF" drum2thump@yahoo.com - Tim

  • Your part moves so easily. How come when I try that, it flips up or doesn't stay?

  • Wow... well it definitely helps me... I only use a wash at night... and I suffer from acne, I know... It isn't really bad or anything like that but I'm guessing I need to use more products.

  • What do you do to your hair at night?

  • how do u get your face so smooth and soft.?what produts do u use

  • thats what this whole video was about??

  • sozard...

  • I made a Video of the hair she had in the beginning, im gonna put it on this weekend so you know =)

  • Can you do an updated skincare routine?

  • i love the neutrogena i use that too

  • yeah me too!

i deffinetly think anything in the orange bottle of neutrogena works amazing--ly

    (:

  • Just because a product is high-end doesn't mean it's more "powerful" than your avg drug store brand. There are probably exceptions, but I don't think that is true for most cases. But yeah, use what works for you.

  • I used the Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask and I wouldn't recommend it as a mask maybe because i left it on for a little long but for some reason that kind makes my face burn!

  • It's almost like a beehive. I love it :) thanks

  • I bought the oil free acne wash and clear pore on your recommendation and they're FANTASTIC! I've had a problem with blackheads on my nose for years (the worst place for blackheads) and in less than a week of using those products, they're GONE! I love them! Thank you so much!!

  • hi! i love all your videos! but i was wondering do you know any products that would get rid of oil on my face? because i have big pores so during the day alot of oil comes out and i donnt know how to get rid of it :)

    please help!

  • i had this problem too, but every morning night now i wash my face with warm salt water and i swear to god my face isn't oily anymore, takes a few days to work but its worth it!

  • Neutrogena is fantastic. I've been using that wash for 10 years, too. I tried something else once and I had to go back! Awesome stuff. I looove Neutrogena!

  • i bought the oil free acne wash..

    after watching this..

    and its ok..

    it started out rlly good

but then it started drying out my skin

and now im pmsing.. soo.. acne gallore :\

  • I like that you use neutrogena, which you use can find almost anywhere, and not some really expensive thing like clinique.

I use neutrogena also. and it does work for me, just like you.

  • i luv neutrogena it works really well for me :)

  • You look so cute with your glasses on! But I understand why you want to wear contact lenses. :)

  • that sounds like it works but it also sounds really expensive

  • how old are you you look sooooo young...? not to be rude as in by asking how old you are...

  • I got the neutergena oil free acne wash. And i'm going to try it tonught.

  • what order do u use them in i have the acne wash that she has,a clenser, and a toner but wut order do they go in??

  • Please bring this back - I really want to see it again!!!!!!!! Why is it "no longer available???

  • omg was your skin always this perfect before this skin care routine? because i am 14 & i cant decide on what to use for my skin. ahh! help me out please!

  • Neutrogena tests on animals :(

  • yeah wat is ulta?

  • It's a store, like a MAC store

  • i had the exact same experience with the cream cleanser! its like you cant break the addiction! I had to go back to using it too.

  • i love you!!! great video!. one quesetion tho? do you do all this in the morning too?

  • why do you yell? O.o???

    :O:O:O:O

  • what do you mean? pursebuzz is not yelling!

  • not her the erica dude

  • I love your vids :)

  • neutrogena really has the BEST drugstore cleansing products! love it

  • lardass?

    hahaha.

    cute.

  • I love all of your tutorials, they are very helpful! I was just wondering if you have tried the MAC lightfull moisturizer and if you would recommend it.

  • Not to be mean or anythiing but isnt this the same vidio you did on how to do wet hair in 5 min

  • no...

  • can you think of a hair style that only takes a second but it looks really good? i dont have very much time in the morning

  • I saw such a huge difference in my face (a good one) after I switched from Spectro Jel cleanser to a foaming one from Neutrogena. It also does a really good job of removing my eye make-up.

  • Do you moisturise your face? If so, what do you use?

  • p.s it was excellent.

  • Oh my god. People are so rude. Some people really NEED the help with their face and new hair styles. Shes being super sweet and giving everyone tutorials to make their hair look nice. Geez.

    Love -AxM

    :D

    great video!

  • are you wearing any makeup like foundation on here? your skin looks flawless!

  • I'm having trouble finding a face wash that won't dry out my skin, but will give me an even tone and make my skin glowy. (I don't have any acne and the smallest pores) What would you recommend? =)

  • OMG I USE THE SAME NEUTRAGENA THING :]

  • If you don't like it you don't have to watch it, there videos here for every taste. Why bother posting a comment.

  • You don't use a moisturizer at night?

  • omg. thanks.. I just discovered you videos today!

I've been watching all of them :P

And I'm on your web site.

I had some questions.. I used Neutogena oil free acne wash and it really dryed my face. I used the gel one though.. did it also happen to you? :O

  • I used the cream kind. I don't like the liquid/gel kind at all :\

  • Thanks for all your great tutorial. I love your glasses. Where did you get them and who are they made by?

  • Hi There

Its Gucci from my optometrist. I think they are style HG11 or something like that

  • lol i have that neautrogena make up remover :)

  • I find that people don't use enough toner. Non-alcoholic toner is great, adds the water moisture needed. Plus, alcohol evaporates easily. Not good when you want to keep your skin moisturized.

Also, don't comb / pull wet hair. Hair's weakest then. I noticed Pursebuzz has great hair but she's pretty rough with it.

But Pursebuzz has got great tips.

  • do any of these like dry out your skin? cause i've been looking for something for my face, but everything i use just totally dries it out. but i'll definitly try these!! thanks!

  • I looooooove the Clear Pore Face Mask/Cleanser... and the astringent -- great stuff -- and isn't drug store stuff bomb - affordable and does the job! :)

  • How do you keep your pores so invisible? How can I minimize the look of mine?

    Thanks! You're awesome! :D

  • I rinse with cold water at the end to close the pores, but you can see my pores, they aren't small naturally.

  • Well, your skin looks great in the videos :)

  • you're so pretty! i use neutrogena ones but my skin is crap lol. what nationality are you?

  • What shampoo do you use?

  • I also have sensitive skin and almost everything I use on my face breaks me out. So after seeing this I went out and bought the astringent, face wash and scrub and I LOVE them! I always thought since they were d/s that they wouldn't work as well as h/e. Boy was I wrong! Thanks!

  • Neutrogena has a habit of causing problems with people who overproduce oils when their skin gets dry. Even with moisturizer, it still sucks the natural oil out of the skin which causes the glands to overproduce it.

I've been dealing with acne a long time, and it takes forever to find the right stuff for your skin. Luckily, Bliss's line of facecare products is amazing, and my complexion looks wonderful.

You have great videos! You're so personable and give GREAT tips!

  • thanks 4 all ur tips and tutorials... we really appreciate it... thank u ,)

  • does anyone know what to use for really, really oily skin???? i hate putting on moisturizer (oil of olay) cause it tends to make my face oily...

  • rawwr i love your vdos ur adorable! i never thought to use so many different things.. maybe i should try to get my own rutine thing going.. hmmm

  • i have really bad acne prone skin(if thats what you say idk.. basically ihave a bad acne problem=p) ive been using proactiv for about a year and its pretty good. i want to use something else but im too afraid because 2 months ago i used neutrogena acne stress and it didnt work at all. if anyone knows anything really strong that could help i'd really appreciate it

  • i started using acnefree and its for me better than proactiv which made my face worse amd its cheaper double yay you can get it at drugstores...walgreens is where i got mine for about 20 dollars :)

  • (last one, sorry it's so long)...and everyone can use it, sensitive skin, oily, or people with fabulous skin too. Only reason the clearasil scrub is better I think is because it's designed to make your skin clearer so i think there's something in there to stop more spots appearing, which sugar doesn't usually have but...just try them and enjoy! Hope I can be of help!

  • but if you want amazing results which are almost exactly like that face scrub I talked about then just wet your face and use ordinary sugar. I'm serious, you get incredible lookng and feeling skin, and it's so cheap you couuld use it as a body scrub too, which is really great,

  • Clearasil Ultra treatment wash is very good, I'm in england so i don't know if it's in other countries but have a good look.your skin feels amazingly soft after using it and it says there are visibly clearer results in just three days, which is pretty much true, and i have oily skin and this really helps to keep that at bay, along with face powder and stuff...:P It costs about £4 which is, $6 or $7 i'd imagine. I'll continue this post later cos it's too long...

  • i wanna by an acne wash or somthin to make my face feel clean and smoth but i dont know wich one to buy does anyone know what the best one is cause when i went the store there was like ten different colors or acne washes all from the sameplace wich is clear clean but i have no idea wich one to get i dont have alot of sne just occasional ones someone please give me advice

  • I used to use Neutrogena oil free acne wash but i stopped cause it dried my skin REALLYY bad. (and yes i did moisturize.) so does anyone have any good suggestions??

  • cool I have the neutrogena clear pole =]

  • Hi, I was wondering if you could answer a few of my questions. Where do you get your hair products and hair accessories from? What Kind-off shampoo and conditioner do you use? And also where do you get some of your clothes, I love your style :) Thank you!!

P.S.: I tried the poof thing and I love the hair style! Thank you so much for making those tutorials!

    :]

  • Its really good to change of face lotion and what you wash your face with!

  • Hi there,I really like your videos, I visit your website every other day.I hate to pop your bubble but, did you know that neutrogeena tests on animals? and clean & clear too. ya, i was pretty shocked when i found out too.

  • i just wanna see ur stuff lyk n ur rum & the accesories u use

  • Thanks. :D

  • Is the cleanser for the type of acne that is red and has a LOT of pimples or is it just for the occasional pimples?

  • If you have a lot of cystic acne then its recommended to see a dermatologist.

  • how come you don't use a moisturizer after the toner?

  • I use it in the AM. Not at night. My skin gets way to oily :(

  • wow that nutregina thing sounds gud might try it even though i live ine england lol i must try find some

  • maybe drugstore dot com ? :)

  • you should be able to get it in superdrug or boots!

  • thanks for the upload. you rock! =]

  • how old r u when u said u had been using it for ten yrs i was like wow how old is she cuz i thought u were like 17 lol love ur vids!!!!

  • try adding ten to that :)

  • You have got to be to cutest, sweetest chick I've ever seen. I luv all the info! I'd love some hair Poof advice too!

  • thank you for the info you are so sweet!!

  • my hair wont pouf help!

  • Ohh use some aerosol hairspray.. Then tease a bit more at the roots.. should help out a lot :)

  • Thank you!

  • Neutrogena is wayy too strong for my skin, please check out L'Bel Paris, French Skincare, every skin products are made to keep your skin balanced rather than overdry like those over the counter products. I get feedback from many of my consultants that stick to it.

  • so will acne wash also wash all your make up i.e. foundation, powder, blush etc ? i always thought you needed separate products to wash for acne and makeup.

  • Just depends on the product used :)

  • the neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover works really well on dark makeup. :)

  • looks like candy

  • I use the same face wash as you...I also tried to stop using it and go for something not for acne, but didn't work for me either. That wash does work really good though and it isn't to expensive either. Question though: I just take me eye makeup off with lotion...it seems to take it off well but is that not good to do???

  • I wouldn't do that the fragrance in lotion may be to harsh for your eye area.

  • Thanks for the recommendations! :D you are awesome!

  • I love your videos! lots of helpful information and tips. thanks a bunch!!!

  • First, I have to say I love all of your posts!

I was just wondering if you use your daily moisturizer at night as well? I saw that you used the Eucerin with an SPF. Just thought I'd ask. Thanx!! :)

  • no nothing at night.. just a little eye cream here and there

  • Hi... I was told it's not recommended to use moisturizer containing any SPF for bedtime because not enough moisture will penetrate to your skin.

  • Thanx for the info!!

  • Thanks for the recommendations. I have a Clearasil spot treatment but I'm not sure if it is the Clearasil advanced you guys are talking about. But my skin seems to have a reaction to to the acne treating ingredients in the products or something because my skin has turned into sandpaper and flaking(it's so dry) like never before. Its also burning. This is very upsetting.I guess its all part of the trial and error process. But i still can't find a mild yet effective enough treatment.

  • It probably has a high benezol peroxide. Try something for sensitive skin, or leave it alone and just wash with water :)

  • yeah you probably have snesitive skin or you're allergic to the ingredients in the spot treatment. if it keep burning, reduce application!

  • do u use a face moisturizer?

  • pursebuzz!! <3 Please reply to this comment, I have exactly the same dilemma as you (eyelashes) I am asian and they are almost non existent! I keep spending my money on expensive mascaras and they just don't do anything -__- any recommendations?

ooooooh and your bows, I tried to comment on you website but I couldn't get it to work, will you ever have any more of the red bow headbands? sooo cute!!

    Kayla

  • Hi There if I can get more I will for sure! :)

I use clinique lash doublin' and their primer :)

  • i think your blonde highlights aren't that great. you would look really pretty with a honey brown color. blonde and black aren't a good mix. expecially on you. you would look better with a honey brown, or a normal rich brown.

  • use maybelline volume express it it lenghtens your lashes 7x-10x longer and thicker

im asian too i did have those puny lashes but now they're much better

  • hiii i love your videos!! you seem very nice and friendly which just makes the videos so much more enjoyable. thanks!

  • Thanks, I'll try it. You're really good at this and sound like you know what you're talking about.Keep it up!

  • Oh, btw...no moisturizer? Do you not need it? Isn't all of that drying on your skin?

  • I have really painful acne that seems to pop up back to back. I never used to have any acne but this past year my skin went crazy and i'm not exactly sure why. So do you know if those products actually treat acne or do you have to have clear skin already to prevent acne? And what is the difference between the cream and the gel? You have really clear even skin. I wish mine was like that again.Lol. Do these products show results?

  • I use clearasil advance for acne. I use it to stop acne, if I don't use it then I break out here and there :(

  • if you get zits and pimples, you should get an acne spot treatment just like pursebuzz said, use Clearasil advance or clear and clear. But with Clearasil advance, your skin will become clearier in 3 days, guranteed :)

  • wow all that in one night? lol wouldnt that affect your skin?

  • no not all in one night.. thats crazy..lol

  • that clip is pretty

  • love it that you don't blow dry your hair! i don't either. i use ponds..anything else gives me a rash. thanks for the post. keep them coming.

  • Aww, loved this, and just when I was thinking to ask if your Retro Ponytail technique was used here, you answered the question! (I liked your hair down with just the poof for the ponytail vid, by the way). My skin has changed so much in the last 10 years, I recently switched to Oil of Old Lady products! Creamy face wash, pre-moistened towelettes (LOVE those, Ponds has a great line of them too) and moisturizer.

  • really pretty

  • i love neutrogena products! my dermatologist (when i was 15 with bad acne) had me start using neutrogena, and i've been using them for over 20 years now. p.s. i spent another $65 on hair clips and barettes! argh! a new addiction.

  • :) Thats ok.. the clips last forever.. I started 10 years ago and still use them today :)

  • To praslisa about products aging the skin, makeup does that too. There are many chemicals that can cause this. Age lines are bound to happen, just like acne.

  • i use Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash and it doesnt work for me :( and i think it is because i have very oily skin and the product is creamy.... do u think other one (the liquid) would work for me??

    lov ure videos!!!

  • ohhh I dunno.. it burned my skin it was red and flaky YICK

  • I have super sensitive and DRY skin! I use MAC cleanse off oil and I have been in heaven since I started using it!

  • OMG haha u talk sooo cute!lol

And thanx for the tip! =]

  • Great!!!! love it :X

  • Just went to another drug store.. still no sight of Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash :( Anyway, do check out Papaya Body Scrub from The Bodyshop.. it helps lighten the scars on my legs :)

  • Hey pursebuzz.. I don't seems to find Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash over at Singapore drug store :( I will need to check it out again at another mall hopefully I am able to get my hands on :p I am using The Bodyshop seaweed scrub and I'm loving it to bits xD

  • oh yea? Ill have to check that out :) I heard seaweed is great for the skin :) thanks for the tip

  • Your the best in Youtube!

  • :) thx!

  • you r so pretty!

  • I appreciate your videos soooooooo much. My mom nor any female family or friends would or could teach me tricks to styling my air or what not.

I only use the St. Ives Apricot scrub. I hear people say moisturize moisturize but ever moisturizer I have used leaves my skin red and my skin never feels any better for using it.

  • teach me how to do my hair like that!

    :DDD

    -Summer

  • thanks a lot for all the tips~

  • Your hair is so cute ! :)

  • Neutrogena does kick some serious butt ^_^

  • you are gorgeous.

  • heyy ! i LOVE your videos. they give me so much ideas and things that i can tryout haha I LOVE YOU. i have a question. do you know any really easy to do hairstyles that dont require any hottools so that i can do it during vacation ?

  • The side pony tail!!! I want to go on vacation.. take me too :)

  • i use the neutrogena oil free acne wash too but i have the gel stuff cuz it doesnt bother me and it keeps my face clean. its just stuff that my mom picked up one day so i tried it. I want to get Oil-Free Acne Stress Control Power-Foam Wash i heard ist smell lyk cucumber watermelon which is my fav. scent and its foam and has cucumber and green tea in it. you can check it out of neutrogena dot com and no i'm not advertising lyk i dont work for them lol. and i love the look you did in this video!

  • I use Netruogena oil free acne wash too and it works good:)

  • Great vid! I too use Neutrogena products, it's the only brand that has helped my face stay clean and healthy for years! I use the Rapic Control by Neutrogena, ah-mazing! I don't use eye makeup remover tho, I use the Olay remover towelets, they are great! Then I wash my face off with Neutrogena :D

  • yay! new video! love it..love ur do..can't wait to get my headband from u lol

  • Kool..:)

  • neutrogena healthy skin lotion with aha is amazing!!

  • I am worried that you don't use natural products. All the products you use have chemicals that actually age your skin and introduce toxic chemicals your body. You should just take one of your products and try to google each chemical. you will be surprised.

  • you look so cute with your glasses on. ^_^

i would've never guessed that you used drugstore products to clean your face. your skin always looks amazing. i've used the products you've shown before as i have sensitive skin too, but they never did much for me. i've been using aveeno products lately and they seem to be doing the trick. :)

cute hairdo too. :) i cannot wait until my hair is longer. i've been itching to try some of your looks but my hair is only shoulder-length now. :/

  • I use to use aveeno.. but then I got small bumps on my face :(

  • Thank you for posting!! I have one question... well, actually two. ;P I hope the first one isn't too stupid, lol, but the cream cleanser that you've been using for 10 years, does that remove your facial makeup (foundation and concealer, if you wear it) or is it a cleanser for after m/u? And also, what is a toner supposed to do? Thank you so much!! \(^o^)/

  • Hi Tanni,

I use it as a make up remover too. The toner helps take off any dirt and oil that the makeup remover didn't catch (not much, if any) It also cleans your skin of dirt and oil in the morning. Helps reduce break out, by cleaning the oil out of pores too!

  • Thanks for all the tips :)

  • Hi! do you by any chance know how to do a french twist/chignon with a pouf? I always wanted to know how but I have the hardest time.

  • yesss, i want to know this too! I hope she can help!

  • Hmm.. I never tried before.. Do you have a photo? yay a new do :)

  • Yay! A new video! =) I tried Neutrogena before and had to change products coz it was a bit pricier but come to think of it.. it's just a small price to pay for having great skin. hehe so yea, Neutrogena is a must for me too! =) You ROCK Pursebuzz! =)

    **hugs from your myspace friend**

    ...Aisha-Jordan =)

  • Oh! And I forgot to tell you I use whatgreatskin dot com. They have pretty great prices on dermalogica.

  • nope not preachy at all. :) But its true.. moisturize moisturize moisturize moisturize lol

thanks for the location. i'll check it out :)

  • I know your skin is really sensitive, but I hope you are moisturizing your skin! As an Aesthetician I can tell you how very important it is, both for balancing the skin, but also to prevent aging! Your skin looks amazing, moisturizing should keep it that way for many years!! Aveno is pretty good for sensitive skin, but I swear by Dermalogica. I have fair sensitive skin, and it has never broken me out. Love your video's btw!!

  • Yes Moisturize always!!! :) and SPF up the wazoo!!! I will have to check out Dermalogica.. what product do you recommend? thanks :)

  • Oh I'm so happy to hear you moisturize!!Hope I wasn't too preachy : ) I'm probably as obsessed with makeup, skin hair as you are! If your skin tends to be a little on the oily/acne prone side, I would try the active moist. They also have this great oil control lotion, which has little micro sponges. You can use that one with or without another moisturizer.

  • Let me know what you think if you try it! I'm watching your curly hair video for like the 3rd time.LOL!!What I wouldn't give for your hair!xoxo

  • you are so gorgeous and so pleasant! watching your vids makes me happy and excited to try out all the new tricks! thanks for sharing and keep 'em coming girl :)

  • Cool use of claw clip!!! Love you glasses btw:)
