I left most of my family & friends who already knew, but having moving to San Fran, it's a waaaaay different world.

I'm very proud of you for coming out, it must have been very hard. Acceptance is love. People who oppose and express their feelings and beliefs display sin and they are wrong to do so. You are strong and strong you shall stay. You take the good and subtract the bad.

@jenna120s it's comments like these that can cause so much pain for the LGBTQIA youth regardless of whether or not it is a choice it is not something people should be looked down upon for or treated differently because of and answer me this, if it is a choice are you going to wake up tomorrow and choose to be attracted to a girl, then the next day choose to be attracted to a guy? Do you wake up and think, "Today I am going to be attracted to/fall in love with this gender?" I highly doubt it.

@jenna120s Homosexuality is not a choice, but homophobia is. Please get over your insecurities and accept those around you. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being gay, or bisexual, or transgender, or anything else different than you. Differences are what make us all unique, and that's okay. I know for a fact that I certainly did not choose to be bisexual, to be attracted women more often than I'm attracted to men. It's just a part of who I am. No one can choose who they love.

Would you make the life decision or as you say "choose" to be made fun of every day of your life & subject yourself to bullies and possibly consider suicide as a result of such ridicule?
