  • Wow! She LOVES this game!

Have you tried kitchen table placements made of rubber as a backing to prevent the mat from slipping? Check your dollar store. Maybe two needed for a mat that size.

  • Yes, she absolutely does love this game! I'm having a blast with her!

This mat does have a rubber backing. She just takes off so hard that unless it's permanently secured to the floor, it's going to slide. It won't be a big deal once we move outdoors.

  • Are you trying to teach the dog to target the mat to teach it to go to it's "place"? you may want to shorten the distance of your throw so the dog doesn't fling the rug. Throwing it far makes the dog want to run after it. If you are trying to get the dog off of the rug to continue with the exercise, just toss it slowly and far enough to get the dog off of it. Dogs are also sensitive to movement so you may also be getting him in prey drive :)
