You do realize this would be completely impossible, even in the star wars universe because there is no such thing as black light (black lights sold in stores are purple in before some retard says it) due to the fact that: Black is the ABSENCE of light... Try to prove me wrong

Also, yes, they do look coolish but the core should be like white with a black outer glow or something, too hard to see (might just be quality)

I am not debating the actuality of these mods (because many of them are impossible.....see Jabba's palace in the KOTOR universe.....he wasn't even born in the old republic).

BUT, you could possibly have a black saber if you could have something that absorbs light. Additionally, if you could tune something close to black it would work for "humaniod" eye sight.  Yet, we are assuming you could create plasma weapons, and lasers that move at the speed of sight (see SW universe).

Also the mod is just a texture file, so if you want to make it the black wrapping over white you could try modding the texture. I wouldn't mind seeing that too!

In the Force Unleashed game the black saber has a purple glow. and in the clone wars mandalorians stole a blacksaber 100 of years ago from the jedi and has a white glow, and its called suspension of disbeleif, it's cool, and this is a galaxy were people shoot lightning out of their hands.
