Try putting the lvl 1 skills at the right hand side and lvl 10 skills at the left hand side (basically just swap their positions on the bar). For me, autocast seemed to use the skills on the right side.

but when im farming regular mobs i use lvl 1 to kill them... then when a boss comes around i use lvl 10... now i got to pull lvl 10 on and off everytime i see a boss
the reason it looks like youve used lvl10 is because in e5 if you had lvl 1 and lvl 10 skill on skill bar both look like theyve been use because it needs to have cd or youll have never ending flamethrower
watch closely i put auto cast on lvl 1 cause i want to cast lvl 1 but then if you look at the damage dealt its casting lvl 10. i understand that they share cooldown thats not what im lookin at.. im lookin at the damage and the mana use.
i used to be able to auto cast lvl 1 all day long with no mp loss with lvl 10 on the bar. but now u cant cause it just casts the higher skill even if the lower is the one u want to use. I had the high lvl for killing bosses.

It's Bad Bug Nak! It casts a level 10 skill if you want a Lv1 Skill - MP Waste!
