lol, are you referring to the Japanese pianist? If so, it takes awhile to "reprogram" an already established style of playing. It really depends on the person's motivation and desire to do so.

it's a completely different way to regarding music and expression. it's all about "perfecting" (that is, technically) the existing piece of music. technically. notes. nothing more. what can i say? there is a way to play "our" music. and "there's" is not ours; they play like robots. let someone from this global crowd name me but one artisitic and expressive asian pianist, or classical musician, at all?
