Man, I really wish that they would show pictures or video of the blisters. I just noticed that I got these white/yellow tiny bumps on my upper lip today. I'm pretty sure I don't have the herpes but I guess I'll know in a few days. Pretty sure it's Fordyce Spots because I already have them on my body but I'll see a doctor if they appear to dry and scab over.

I have found Equate anti-cavity mouthwash greatly reduces occurrence of canker sores. It seems to work best when used with L-lysine. You can get it at Wal-Mart and it's inexpensive.

dry the canker sore with a napkin or a q-tip, get it completely dry, then dab a lot of table salt on it . it will shrink it and numb it for a couple of hours. it is paintful but it work trust me

What is it called when you have what looks like a canker sore on the side of your penis. Yellowish blister with a red rim around it, but it protrudes from the skin to be about 1/8 of an inch high. I went down to the STD clinic and they had a picture up and they called it a cankeroid. Did I get that because she gave me oral sex when she had a canker sore, please, I hope. i noticed the underside of my tongue hurt i went to a mirror and i had little spur like things, they were long and they stuck out of my tongue and hurt like hell. normally i wouldnt question it however my ex told me that he had herpes right before we broke up. so i kinda freaked out. knowing that herpes sores are normally not in your mouth helps. i get scared at the slightest thing now. ugh.

How come my "cold sores" never appear on my face only on my lips and sometimes inside the mouth and the ones on the lip only appear when I eat acidic foods? and are not contagious at all otherwise my whole family would have it.

Mainly this is the result of having a small wound. Like biting your tongue or inside of your mouth. When this happens. Chances are higher to have the area result in a canker sore. They can last a week. And this is often from repeated laceration to the afflicted area.

There is no cure as this fellow suggests. They are not treated by antibiotics at all. As there are no cures for them either. Refrain from even using one. They go away on their own. Try not to bite.
