@Jacklynn209 In different cultures the rainbow symbolizes different things. Rainbow Warriors is derived from Native Americans, in Christianity it symbolizes the promise from God after the flood.

Just like to one person a painting may be a masterpiece, and someone else does not consider it art: Everyone has different beliefs. Nobody owns the rainbow, or has supreme usage of the symbol. We should accept the differences, and just focus on what it means to you.
