Thank You for the videos David, they are great help to many.
I just have a followup question to maltijien's question concerning underexposing - How do you know how far UE to go, just playing, or light meter, or ???
I've been playing with my SB-800 and Vivitar285HV, and am having difficulty in understanding.
I'm contemplating, if able to fund my way there, attending your class scheduled in Denver next January. THanks
Im a beginner in Photography and I like your approach using tungsten outdoors.
So,if I got this right the use of a CTO filter is to mainly get a normal lighting from the flash while the ambient light will turn into a blue cast type of light?
And secondly, how did you get the image dark to look like night time?
Hi David
What is that device your using to look tru at the LCD at 1:51, and why???
Thanks

Nice video as always....
Question, what lense did you use for that shot?

I was using my 24-85mm zoom

Cool.
Any reason you were using a D300 rather than your D2X? Or does the D2X not allow Flash Commander mode as you have on the D300?
c11umw 3 years ago
Since getting my D300, the D2X has become my backup camera...
davidxtejada 3 years ago
Wow. That's some testament that you've sacked the D2X in favour of the D300. Glad to say that I have one too :o)
