He's in sport mode(S). He uses paddles to shift.

I don't think he's using the paddle shifters. He needs to be in tip mode... not sport mode. That's how it in my a4 anyways

No prob.. sport mode just holds each gear longer and downshifts quicker to lower gears in order to keep the car in higher rpms.
