The testosterone, and wanting to be the ALPHA Male, leads to much worse than this. Up to and including cannibalism. This is done on almost every type farm, not just to pigs. Except for if breeding is the purpose. I can see this, and my previous comment may appear to be insensitive. The world is better for having people, such as yourself, that care.
