Star system called Epsilon Aurigae, occurs every 27.1 years. If you reference the `star' against another star you will see it does not move. If you look at a light source at night with no reference point, your perception of it that it is moving. This is very basic psychology stuff..

I see stars moving on a regular basis, they go off in different directions,they do exactly the same as the comment above.Once I saw one going along straight then it started to drop, went into a big orange ball, faded back to looking like a star then moved on again>
i do too, almost everytime i stare into the sky stars would be completely still then would change direction or move from one spot to another, sometimes slowly, sometimes quickly. one time it seemed as though the star was making circles
i see stars moving regularly, sometimes i see one moving in a straight line, then it fades a bit and brightens again. i even saw three moving away from each other in a triangular pattern.
