@Marcinaeus It does impair short term memory. Similar to when you get really drunk and forget the night. You will only get chronic bronchitis or any other lung disease due to the tobacco smoked with it. any psychological problems do occur but are generally rare and happen to people with a history of mental health problems in family or otherwise. It definitely does not impair intelligence. If anything it helps you to look at the world in a different way and think via different perspectives.
