  • GOOSEBUMPS!! when obi-wan gives Luke

  • (Slightly) interesting fact: The guy (Wayne Pygram) playing Tarkin in this scene is the actor who played Scorpius in 'Farscape'.

  • anyone knows the name of the song that starts at padmé's funeral?

  • anyone knows the name of the theme of padmé's funeral?

  • this ending woulda made up for the the failure of episodes 1-3

  • IMO the music in the last scene really makes the whole atmosphere appeal to the audience's emotions and sets the mood that the whole saga is now complete and everything is tied together.

  • Revenge of the Sith is much better than Batman Begins is

  • @92af WHAT!!!! BATMAN IS BETTER THEN THIS CRAP!

  • @Scream42011 While i do agree batman is better but people are entitled to their opinions my friend.

  • @92af Why do you compare those? They are both good, and they are both different things...

  • This is a great ending. It really gives good closure, and shows where everything ties together.

  • sadest part in the saga

  • Anybody know what happens to Jar-Jar after the 3rd movie...we never see him since

  • @the1andonlyksd Probably died in some hilarious pratfall, much to everyone's amusement.

  • u know what part gives me the most goosbumps?

the part were dobby die.... oh wait, wrong movie :S

  • what's the signifigance of Yoda landing in Dagobah? anybody know?

  • @TrueLife90 Did you or did you not ever watch the original movies? :/

  • @TrueLife90 To establish, to the slower Star Wars viewers, that Yoda did indeed fly to Dagobah in a spaceship. As opposed to magically teleporting there, or flying there like Superman, or being kicked out of an airlock from Bail Organa's ship and parachuting to a landing using a cute little umbrella. It also provided another opportunity to show yet another space ship landing, since we clearly don't get enough of those scenes in the Prequels.

  • i seen this ending in the orginall movie

  • ive loved star wars for years, and for me personaly, the ending is brilliant, the only snipe i have is that beru, owen and obi wan must of aged shit loads just before episode 4, thats a hugeee floor .Still great tho

  • @richy12377 You do know they aren't the same actors don't you?

  • @masterdocker666 yes!!!!

  • John Williams, your music always makes me emotional

  • @SHiTJuFro743 Greatest composer ever :)

  • How did they get Grand Moof Tarkin in 1:26? The actor died nearly 10 years before this scene would have been filmed, and it's hard to tell if that's CGI.

  • @sunyata76 Er, I mean Grand Moff

  • @ianthe3rd But I also imagined waking up to Padme once before too, sooo yeah.

  • @ianthe3rd I saw that!! I thought I was imagining things!!

  • What's uncut about this?

  • @Scarecrow545 The sequence with Yoda landing of Dagobah was not in the theatrical, DVD, or Blu-Ray release. Lucas wanted to concentrate the endingf around the Skywalker family.

  • OK, does anyone else remember seeing a wide shot of the Star Destroyers in formation around the Death Star after the shot of Vader folding his arms. I am not sure if I actually saw this or if I just imagined it . . .

  • This Part was painful because I knew it was over.....

  • Jermzzy.....Exactly

  • George Lucas never fails

  • I don't care If I get hated on but I will always wonder what the original trilogy would look like if it was remade cause I grew up watching the prequel trilogies and I still watch them today on my ps3 on blu ray.

  • Hate on me all you want but I will always love the prequels more- I grew up with them and knew Darth Vadar was Luke's father long before I even knew who Luke was. I personally preferred the idea of an intergalactic tragedy on both romantic and societal levels over a happy go lucky adventure around the galaxy to save the princess and foil the one dimensional bad guy. But that's just me.

  • @JermzzzyFTW Yes, thank you brother, someone finally has put into words what I could not describe to others. Like you, I think the prequels have a much better story base about the actually star wars universe rather than a story highly based around a bunch of kids on an epic adverture to do the bad guy in. Always liked the lore of the star wars universe and the sequels just dont put the story of it in.

  • @seven7thirteen13 Totally agree, glad to see there are other out there like me :P

  • I am always amazed by the score John Williams put together

  • Something I always liked about this ending is how, when they're showing the infant versions of Luke and Leia, they're playing the main themes they have as adults. (Although, I do miss the bit with Yoda in the DVD release)

Also, it's a bit heartbreaking to see what Alderaan looks like, knowing what's going to happen to it in a few years....

  • Im sick and tired of All these motherfuckin prequal haters on this motherfuckin youtube yall need to shut up and go eat a dick or something like fo real you can really take the fun out of things.

  • I <3 the music from 2:12 to 3:20

  • just too neat and tidy the way lucas bridged the series together. we already know where luke and leia and yoda ended up! give us something we didn't know. and plug all the holes in your story it leaks like a colander.

  • 2:50 to 3:20.....legendary music right there.

  • i think its funny how on ROTJ l the princess remembers her mother but in here, padme dies when both Leia and Luke are born

  • @jaythejayzer Her mother, meaning her adopted mother.

  • @TintedRedFilms ah, makes more sence.

  • I never see before. 0:38

  • @TheGarfieldxx30000 that was a deleted scene from the original episode 3

  • @CoDyDaTallGuy Why deleted scene?

  • @TheGarfieldxx30000 Im not sure, I guess he didn't think it to be important before but now I guess he does.

  • lol i imagine when dath sidious and darth vader.. then palpetine or whatever shouts SHUT THE F**** UP man!!111!

  • Whenever I watch this part I feel endorphins from all over knowing something big will happen in their future

  • The most emotional parts of all sw movies are in this order :

1.Episode 3 during the execution of the order 66

    2.Episode 1 Qui-gon's death

    3.Episode 6 The victory celebrations

This is where i always get goosebumps :)

  • @gabigab08 You have horrible taste if those are the moments that get you, I would wager that you're under 20.

  • @gabigab08 You forgot the death of Obi-Wan in episode 4, and Han being frozen in carbonite in episode 5

  • @gabigab08 You must be eleven.

  • @gabigab08 I think Vader watching luke get electrocuted then going for Sidious is the most emotional scene

  • @gabigab08 the thumbs up you received truly make me weep for humanity

  • at 1:26 you can see a young Tarkin!! The general on the death star in Episode IV of 1977!

  • @kristolaos I know right!!!

  • Argh! vader smash! Vader angry!

  • All Episode 3 did for me was make me want to watch 4, 5 and 6. to be honest though these are pretty good films in their own right.

  • But they was right. Yoda was to much. Without him, its more ...round, finished. It doesnt fit! With him its a list, without him, its a beautiful end... opened but finished, I love the end <3

  • the ending shows the epicness of starwars probably cause of the music

  • SOOOO. What the HELL did Yoda do with that Escape Craft?

Don't you think he would have at least used it to upgrade his "home"?

  • Its the one scene done well, no dialoge.

  • LOL. ANAKIN GOT RAPED AT THE END OF THE MOVIE.

  • @Benlikesgirls if ur bent how cud u like girls u asshole? RaSpex.

  • @imdacoolestguy suck my arse

  • @Benlikesgirls like i said, ur bent. HAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHAHAH RaSpex.

  • @imdacoolestguy Cool Story babe, now make me a sandwich.

  • @Benlikesgirls ya id bet ud like a sandwich with plenty of MEAT in it HAHAHAHAAHAHHAAHAHAHAHAHA I is 2 like witty for a fag like u stupad big fag. RaSpex.

  • The only good part of the entire PT. Flush the rest down the toilet where it belongs.

  • these are the best scenes by far on the prequel movies.

  • isn't it the same ending? just asking i haven't seen the movie in a long time and I don't really remember the ending

im asking in the better way possible

im not trying to make fun of anyone

  • thx 4 adding this scene ... it`s absolutely magnificent ....

  • yodas a dirty nigger

  • @Shadesx666666 1) in what way, and 2) fuck of racist. It's people like you who start wars and if I had my way every racist would be of this planet like that *snaps finger*

  • @Seltro1 Lern to spell Nigger

  • @Shadesx666666 1) I'm not black so you can't call me nigger. 2) I have made no spelling errors 3) you yourself just made a spelling error. you spelt "lern", when you should've spelt "learn". Also you're not good with grammer.

  • @Seltro1 you yourself spelled grammAr "grammEr." just saying! hahaha

  • @Shadesx666666

    HAHHAHAHAAHHAAH!!!!

  • I cried.

  • Jesus, invite the guy in for tea or something, he's travelled a long way to hand you a baby and you don't even say thank you?

  • need to find name for specific recording of music starting at 1:10-1:45

  • oh god i wanna watch a new hope now, AND I DONT OWN IT, wah

  • Wait? It took them like 20 years to build the first Death star?

The second, much bigger, is built in a year or two?

  • @Vampirewolfking The first Death Star took awhile because it was done in secret while the Galactic Senate was still a controlling part of the Republic . That, plus constant delays and supply problems, made its construction long and costly. With the second Death Star, though still secret, the Emporer didn't have to deal with any political hurdles and since they had already built one before, the second was much easier to build. Also, he may have already had another under construction. I'm a geek.

  • @MBaxtonM Nice.

  • @Vampirewolfking Perhaps not, the Empire may have spent about the same amount of years building the second one. The first may have been moving across the galaxy spreading terror and bringing order throughout all that time.

  • @MASSEFFECTfan101 MBaxtonM allready answered, and Wookiepedia says: "it was built after the destruction of the first Death Star" and "Unlike the Empire's first Death Star, which, as a result of supply and design problems, took twenty-one years to be considered an operational battlestation, this much larger Death Star took far less time, approximately two to four years, to construct."

  • They should have kiput Yoda,s sene

  • What's this "uncut" shit? All this was in the movie.

  • 0:54 looks like cheap cartoon... these were cut for a reason.

  • @xtrmsprts

They WEREN'T cut, except maybe the part where Yoda lands on Dagobah.

All of the others in the theater exactly as shown.

  • @postalmeter yes, 0:54, you piece of fucking shit. that's what i meant, i saw the rest. the cartoonish yoda landing which would have even been rejected by chuck jones in 1959 as bad animation. you cocksucking fool.

  • @xtrmsprts

Your mom's the fucking piece of shit, and your dad's the piece of shit that fucked her.

You're just Mr. Hanky's kid born with a peanut in his head.

  • @postalmeter yeah just come here and tell me that to my face, punk. your slippery tongue isn't worth polishing my shoes with

  • Vader at 1:42

-what the slut do you want from me after you told me i killed my wife -_-

  • Wow! Alderan is a Coors Beer commercial!

  • why did they have to take out the yoda part?

  • @4v14tor They said in a documentary it didnt fit or something.

  • Vader, as everyone knows him, was in this for 10 seconds. He became Darth Vader in the scene where Darth Sidious knighted him Darth Vader.

  • the Yoda bit should have been inbetween the c3po bit and padmes funeral

  • The Yoda part should have been in between the Vader and Alderaan parts.

  • 1:25 - 1:29 Three of the galaxy's mass murderers admiring the instrument that will claim billions of innocent lives

  • whatever now i guess he's Darth Vader. and since Darth Vader appeared in this film for 10 seconds, we can put him on countless t-shirts, pop-tarts, posters, mr. potato heads, cereal boxes, coupons...whatever

  • he thought anakin died and then george lucas made vader just suddenly appear...

  • @deppowns2426 ye thats my point lol from some reason imdacoolestguy didnt get that

  • I love starwars!

  • Who else got goosebumps from 2:50 to 3:20?

  • @Mastermind122288 i had massive goosebumps .. do you know the soundtrack ?

  • @marcow22

Yes... If you're asking about the song, look up Binary Sunset

  • @Mastermind122288 And sometimes it is called "The Force Theme" I think.

  • @Mastermind122288 thanks :)

  • @Mastermind122288 i was about cryin at the theater...i was 15 and saw the first three movies when i was about 6 or 7

  • anyone know the track : 2:55 - 3:19 ??

  • Honestly, people HATE the new films because they are new. That's it. That is all. Nuff said.

  • @goldAUsilverAG Nope, the acting is pretty bland and emotionless. I blame the CGI, it can create amazing battles and beautiful landscapes but it was hard for the actors to get into the role, and the acting in general suffered. They might as well have just animated the human characters, I mean it's 95% CGI anyway.

  • @soldier4670 Well, I can agree with you on the acting. 100% of "Sith" was recorded on a green screen stage. I think that the CGI actually has a degrading effect sometimes. That doesn't make me HATE (with capital letters, hahaha) I just don't appreciate the prequel trilogy as much.

  • @imdacoolestguy anakin didnt just die...lol if you watch episode three again when darth sidious finds him he says "there he is, he's still alive" he didnt die and then suddenly vader appears you fool, honestly watch the movie before you say somthing stupid

  • Dude thats not uncut, thats exactly what is in the film right now you dumass. you are a fuckin retard

  • They should have kept the Yoda scene, but made it the first one.

  • all the kiddies will have no idea who those people at the end are

  • @Zanmatt2g They would if they watched Attack of the Clones, but they wouldn't get the full impact of the characters until they watched A New Hope.

  • anyone else shed a little tear at 0:38 when you see Padme holding the amulet anakin gave her. and i don't really get all into romantic scenes in star wars.

  • @BTLgmoney I was crying pretty much during the entire ending of this movie...

  • This film shud hav ended wit Haydan Christsain fightin Darth Vader, dat wud hav been like soooooo awesome n shit. It was stupid da way Anakin just died n than all of a sudden lucas introduced Vader. Is fathead lucas 6 years old r sumtin, no wonder the prequels sucked major ass n cock n butthole, they make no sense RaSpex.

  • @imdacoolestguy Are you joking whit us or what?

  • @joxy922 huh?

  • 2:56-the credits is when i started to cry because this was my most favoirte scene from the whole saga and if you take a look at Owen Beru and Luke its pretty much Lucas's say of saying thank you for watching the saga and please go home and watch episode IV and watch when luke looks toward the sunset

  • 3:22

double sun set all the way across the sky....

  • Anyone get a nostalgia attack with the sunset part?

  • @trivipesnipe Yeah, especialy with the music.

  • This is what sparked 'A New Hope' it all makes sense now, Anakin Skywalker is Luke Skywalkers father, and Princess Liea was born. Anakin Skywalker is the new Darth Vader. The Chancellor is the new Emperor.

  • 0:16 jar jar binks!!!

  • Beru: "Look, Owen -- A baby!"

Owen: "Where did you get that?!?"

Beru: "Some stranger in a robe just came by and handed it to me."

Owen: "And you took it? Just like that?"

Beru: "Sure. You know that no stable couple can have kids of their own in this universe."

    Owen: "Good point."

  • @wylderyde it was no stranger as obi wan met them on episode 2

  • @infinitumpatata No he didn't. The only time Obi-Wan had set foot (if you can call it that) on Tatooine prior to this was hanging out on the Queen's ship during Episode 1.

  • @wylderyde

If you didn't see the ENTIRE PART OF THE MOVIE in Ep. II where Owen was introduced to Anakin as his step-brother.

  • @postalmeter Wow -- You seriously don't know the difference between Obi-Wan and Anakin? Seriously? No one at any point in the previous conversation mentioned Anakin in any way shape or form. Although virtually strangers, Anakin and Owen were obviously acquainted, but Obi-Wan never met him -- EVER -- On screen in the Star Wars movies. The only time they are in the same place at the same time is him wordlessly handing a baby to Beru and leaving without going anywhere near Owen.

  • @wylderyde

"Obi-Wan never met him -- EVER -- On screen in the Star Wars movies."

Oh yeah and the entire universe is only what happens on screen... jezus fucking christ you're a stupid fucking moron without no brain.

  • @postalmeter Wow you're the stupidest person on the entire planet. Congratulation. I'm sure that took years of hard effort.

  • @wylderyde

You're the one who needs everything spoon-fed to you like a goddam infant with no fucking common sense.

  • @postalmeter I like to put hoses in my ass and turn the water on full blast so I can get the feeling of having 1000 men cum in me at the same time.

  • @wylderyde ok and how do u kno he didnt explain to them tht he was a friend of anakins and tht this was his son and tht he needs a new home, they didnt spend alot of time to explain all tht to us cuz we they figure tht we kno tht thts luke aunt and uncle.

  • @ANDREWDELEON23 Sigh. Here we go: Explaining the joke. The dialogue above is what I imagine would happen if some strange dude showed up to childless couples, unannounced, distributing newborn babies. It's funny because, when you think about it, they literally have no idea who this guy is (even if he called ahead, which we didn't see) are taking the word of a stranger as to whose kid it is. That he's a stranger is a fact. The idea of him not calling ahead is the joke.

  • @wylderyde Obi-Wan actually met them in Ep.1 so he knows them. Them being Anakin's bro & sis they're about the same age

  • @YTPrule All I can guess is you're confusing Anakin's friends from the neighbourhood with his siblings, which they aren't, but even if they were, Obi-Wan never left the ship so he still wouldn't have met them.

  • @wylderyde Well Luke called the Uncle & Aunt & I think Obi-Wan did leave the ship. I think I remember seeing him watching the pod race

  • @YTPrule Owen, who did not appear in Ep1, was Anakin's step brother from when, after Ep1, his mom married Cleeg Lars. Anakin met him exactly once, in Ep2, during his failed attempt to save his mom from Sand People. Beru is Owen's girlfriend at the time, and presumeably future wife, thus making her Anakin's step sister-in-law. That's why they are considered Luke's Aunt and Uncle. Obi-Wan never left the ship, so you are misremembering him watching the pod race.

  • So it takes them a couple of decades to finish making the Death Star?

  • @SirCraigius Well yeah, the original design was mentioned in the battle of Geonosis... So it had been going for a loooong time before Episode IV.

  • @tarkinfish Kinda weird when you consider they knocked off the second one hardly any time at all. They must have hired better contractors for that Death Star :p

  • @SirCraigius That's a big freakin' place, man!

  • @SirCraigius couple of decades for the original death star and only 2 or 3 years for the new one XD

  • @TheWyrmkingJomi 19 years to be exact

  • @DIsturbios1234 Thanks for the info disturbios

  • @TheWyrmkingJomi Bcause when they built it the first time they didnt know wat to do how to make it destroy a plant etc when they made the new one they already had the knowledge to make it

  • @DevilHunter8745 Ohh now i get it, it took less time because it was a REMAKE, just as A New Hope should already have by now with a battle of Obi Wan and Vader just like in a trailer of The Force Unleashed II that somehow i can't paste the link here...

  • @SirCraigius i thought the exact same thing.

  • this is the only good movie of the prequels

  • Comment removed

  • Live long & prosper.

  • Isn't this just the theatrical release ending?

  • that was damn good movie!!

i still sob over anakin and padme though! haha
