  • Wooooooow This how it suppose to be pilot

  • I love the way they make your whole body shake on the ground while take off at full thrust.

  • what a sexy jet. I wish they'd let us paint ours all cool

  • says berlin but sounds french. maybe he was introducing it in multiple languages.

  • @OmnipotentTechnique7 Yep! German and English!

  • @hypernova20 french i think.

  • The Dragons Breath...

  • truly incredible machines!

  • Does the F-16 have the most thrust of any aircraft that has ONE afterburner?

  • I thought the MISSLES on the wings were pishing the vehicle instead of the afterburner

  • In the Army National Guard at Camp Edwards I saw a squadron of F16's take off with full afterburners from about 300 yards away all while a general came and gave us a speech. It was soooo loud it was over whelming. You could barely breath. It was the most awesome thing I've ever experienced. It was nasty

  • Oh yeah this is fake alright...someone needs to stop watching animations and open their f-in eyes to see this is real

  • IS that guy speaking German?

  • If you ever look at the sky during the day and see two lines going well into the sky, well i guess thats what these f jets do.

  • My cat climbs like that if you put vinegar on it's ass

  • Well there goes $10,000 in gas

  • how do they make the wings smoke

  • @TheFr3sh1 Simple and easy as pie: Have you noticed those little "rockets" mounted onto the wing tips? They are smoke generators burning a low viscosity oil upon activation to create a huge amount of dense smoke. Such devices are used to do skywriting or also skytyping!

  • @Bandicoot803 Are you positive this is a F-16?

It looks more like a F-2A Viper..

  • @hellcatdave1 Pretty sure it's a F-16!

  • @Bandicoot803 Okay, well it's hard to tell the difference...

  • @hellcatdave1 It's an F-16.

  • @JLAMontoya One person replying was enough, ty.

Either way I was still right :D

  • @Bandicoot803

    ... and the Malboro Man

  • @TheFr3sh1 FIRE

  • I can't believe jet fuel gets wasted on air shows. $15/lb last I heard.

  • That wasn't full Aug(full after burner) that was mil aug

  • I LOVE the f-16, I know its a multirole aircraft these days to keep it in service but its clearly a high tech thoroughbred jet fighter based around the concept of the mig-21 "fishbed", one look says it all, a fixed wing splitting the high speed gains of a delta and the low speed and extra maneuverability of a wider wing without taking the f-14 swing wing route, single engine is truly the mark of a pure breed fighter, slim, graceful, small, manoeuvrable, only bomb carrying need two engines

  • @PangeaSpreads Haha that's true, but I find the Tomcat's swing-wing design a beauty? I mean, you just say "going Mach 1" to your wingman and you rock those wings all the way to the back :D And those twin 'gines make a RACKET, but I'm sure we all love it. The Falcon/Viper is a pretty bird tough, I just prefer the Tomcat (TOP GUN, anyone? :D )

  • @PangeaSpreads The F-16 was designed from the start as a multi-role aircraft. It was a cheap piece of crap to throw at the Soviets. The concept is that heavier F-15's use more fuel and need another engine to have more power during dogfights; you can drop the same bomb with a single engine using less fuel. Thus we have the F-16, a fly-by-wire jet with 1 engine, meaning if you lose the engine, you can't manipulate the flight controls and thus crash. "High tech."

    -F-16 Crew Chief

  • @JLAMontoya If you consider 38.46 million us dollars a cheap piece of crap, ask the Israelis, thats what they paid back in 2001 and the Israeli airforce is of the best in the world and they bought 52, like I say small nimble and cheaper than the bigger, thirstier, more maintenance required twin engine fighters. The theory is- if you get two f-16 over one twin engine f-15, if either of the f-15 engines has issue your fucked but if one f-16 engine fails, u still have another f-16

  • @JLAMontoya..and to that end, if in war time, parts, fuel and weapons become scarce due to losses and factory attacks etc, a light single engine multirole will be much more appealing and easier to keep airborne and "chuck" together with available parts than a big twin engine bird which by design requires twice the replacement parts for twice the amount of engines, 30 f-16's need 30 engine service parts but 30 f-18 need 60!! amount of engine parts and that much more service time

  • @PangeaSpreads It's 38 million for the newest F-16's, yes. In comparison with most other fighter jets, that's cheap. At the time of it's creation, the F-16 was in the 20 mil+. The Israeli's bought 52 because they need 52 cheap jets. They can't afford F-35's or 22's. We don't upgrade our 16's because they're going to be replaced entirely by 35's (maybe in 20 years at this rate). The F-15 can fly with 1 engine just fine. You'd rather have a 15 engine fail, since a 16 failure means a crash.

  • @PangeaSpreads I'd also like to point out that a 15 pilot can manipulate his flight controls manually; a fly-by-wire 16 can't. If the F-15 loses both engines, he may be able to glide to relative safety. When a 16 engine fails, it's going down. You get 3 seconds from the hydraulic pressure accumulators to move your flight controls (to steer away from houses and shit); after that, it's rigor mortis all the way into the ground. That's one reason why, as an F-16 mechanic, I say it's a piece of crap.

  • @JLAMontoya I'm surprised by your distaste for the f-16, and fly-by makes pilot training so much quicker and cheaper vs a non-fly-by, so over-all and combined with the fact a f-16 is not dramatically out classed by an f-15, initial buying costs, running costs, fuel, training, maintenance times, losses vs replacement etc+ you can roughly get three f-16 for one f-15, so why not get NINE easy maintain capable f-16's instead of just three thirsty double the needed parts and costly f-15s?

  • @PangeaSpreads yea but you double redundent and and all that true enough fly by wire cool but is the strike eagle flyby wire too they landed onewith one somw time ago yea you fly goes shit stright dumbersterdivein

  • DUTCH, ja nederlands ,from holland ......

  • Love the F16s! A10 still my favorite though. Nice Vid dude.

  • Woah P51 at the beginning :D My favorite plane.

  • @SupremeLevelEnt Au contraire, mon chère! 100% GENUINE!!!

By the way: Cameras NEVER lie!!!

  • @Bandicoot803 you are right cameras never lie however this was not done with a camera this is an example of composite animation just like these videos the look very realistic and dynamic they are not its just an animation. here are some more well known examples of composite animation :

    /watch?v=6zC7t-lA7gA

    watch?feature=endscreen&NR=1&v=vzyJLtJjfqE

    /watch?v=95bpVJJlI6s

    /watch?v=Y90vnB6gUME

    /watch?v=wdpzjRqU814&feature=related

so like i said before nice fake good try though

    have a nice day

  • @SupremeLevelEnt You just keep saying it because you're jealous for not being there that day!

  • @Bandicoot803 He's a troll quit feeding it!

  • @SupremeLevelEnt you are a complete idiot.. this clearly is NOT an animated clip !

  • @SupremeLevelEnt

You are an idiot it's a F-16 with Dutch markings. It's not an animation

  • @SupremeLevelEnt 100% real footage.

  • @SupremeLevelEnt you just cant hold the camera as still as he can

  • @SupremeLevelEnt and how is this supposed to be fake ? i dont get it, its an F16 doing maneuvers ?

  • @SupremeLevelEnt This is not fake dude, fighter jets have something called afterburners which is like a massive boost and consumes a lot more fuel. It is something pilots really only use on a high-g dogfight and taking off.

  • @SupremeLevelEnt lol are you blind.?

  • look at the wings flex from 0:38 - 0:46

  • At first sight I thought even the missle at the wingtip was turned on to provide extra thrust...LOL

  • This wasnt full blast. I think it was at around 87%.

  • @idiotzrule there is no such thing as an 87% afterburner.

  • @melyeaw267091

    87% total thrust idiot

  • @PHGNetworks you are the idiot.

  • @melyeaw267091

    Truth hurts eh? :D

  • this isnt the after burners... f-16 without afterburners is so loud that you will shrivel up on the ground and scream... with after burners is louder

  • Pretty good filming considering the speeds, especially while zoomed in.

  • That's a lot of thrust.

  • @xtelevisionset thats what she said

  • So fast friction on wings caused them to burn like cigars !

  • @7722993 Thats WAAAAAAYYYYY too slow for the wings to burn off! A space shuttle can do it with ease, it is partially covered in a reinforced carbon-carbon shield. These orbiters travel at a speed of 17'400 mph when re-entering the earth's atmosphere at an angle of 40° causing the wings to literally glow red-hot!

  • @Bandicoot803 Listen know-it-all, he was making a joke.

  • @7722993 what your seeing coming off the wings would be the smoke systems. they got engaged on take off which means that it may look like it burnt but never even generated enough friction.

  • At the beginning of the video- That P-51 in the foreground is the one that crashed at Duxford after a midair with a Skyraider. The pilot bailed out and survived.

  • After hearing that shit night and day for a year in Korea I can't believe I watched this.

  • Whose in it?

  • @wa51mmm1 I wish I knew who flew this plane that day...

  • @wa51mmm1 That would be Ralph "Sheik" Aarts :)

  • @wa51mmm1 some dutch man

  • that is intense!

  • Holland FTW

  • see that shit 35 times a day everyday lol not bad

  • I hope he put more than $5 bucks worth in

  • @SuperEnterprise01

    LOL xD

  • this aviator has some balls to do this

  • and I ask myself, why do I use nitros.... cant I just use afterburners!!!!

  • what is the paint scheme on that, it's stunning the Dutch are best when it comes to making an F16 spectaculer

  • Generally they do have afterburners a full chaff when taking off !!

  • did you film this with osama bin ladens dead asshole????

  • f16 of Holland! yeaaah

    the best!

  • from the usa, you're welcome

  • @iraaado You're kidding right?

  • nehertlands airforce

  • 50%fake 50% UFO

  • BU BİZİM SOLO TÜRK DEĞİLMİ?

  • Dont get me wrong, the modern planes are beautiful (Raptor, Typhoon etc) but the two I'd REALLY want to own.... are the F15 and F16!! Fuuuuuuuuuuu that was the golden age of fighters for sure!! Oh!!! And a Mig 15 Foxbat so that I can tear the bra off any girl who cares to get into the co-pilots seat with that mad speed ;)

  • Cheap little single engine economy piece of trash

  • Comment removed

  • OMG, his two engines are on fire!!! but then at 0:59 he cuts the fuel and the fire is out... :))

  • @mrmuaddib1 really? your joking right?

  • @StUnT66 Pffsshh he's just screwing around don't worry... I hope

  • It is redundant to say afterburner at full blast. There is no half blast on an afterburner.

  • @mtefft untrue

  • That thing has to be going at least 100 miles per hour.....wow.

  • @717021 lol.. try 600+ mph

  • @717021 I can't believe what i'm reading

  • @MayorMcCheese47 It is a fast one innit?

  • @717021 Ohh yes much MUCH quicker than 100 mph lol

  • in soviet russia 240p is full hd

  • I like the paint job. Kinda screws with your eyes a bit

  • @iraaado Sorry for that, it was not easy keeping the beast within the frame while it tore everybody's eardrums to shrapnel.

  • so glad the dutch are using those planes in air shows. thats what they are made for. air shows. nuetral air shows.

  • @jlpruitt3 it says berlin.

  • pathetic

have you ever seen MiG-29 rapid climbing after take-off? now that's something

  • The reason for the after burners is, speed. You light them, you are gone. In a fight situation they can be very helpful.

  • is there any point to afterburners? besides the fact they look cool?

  • Obviously the morons that are calling this fake have never seen, with their own eyes, what a F-16, or most any of the modern fighter-aircraft are capable of. Even knowing what they are capable of, and seeing these craft in flight, it is still amazing and 'almost' unbelievable what they are capable of. What the REAL limit to what these planes can do is not do to the limits of the plane... but to the physical limitations of the human body of the pilot.

  • idk why but i just hate that plane.

  • @Pringles352 u don't like F-16 ...u out of u mind !! ??

  • @viperdriver82 lol i think its the shape. just in general though.. n its getting so old now

  • @Pringles352 Regardless, the F-16 was one of those planes that changed everything. Before, DoD thought that the way to go was bigger, heavier planes (like the Tomcat and Eagle). The Falcon showed that a lightweight fighter was just as capable of performing the same actions of a heavier aircraft. The Falcon also was the first fighter to utilize Fly-By-Wire (digital control of elevators, flaps, etc.) and it showed that it was actually better than analog controls.

  • @theozfox22 i must admit i dont know much about the american development of their planes. you clearly have a better knowledge of this area.. :) im more into british development

  • @Pringles352 Preferences are preferences. Still, the F-16 did influence the development of many aircraft, American and European alike. (Eurofighter Typhoon, for example)

  • if your calling this fake then nice fucking IQ dumb fucks because this is real..

  • I'ts genuine. That is why the f-16 is still considered to hold it's own against any other fighter today in the right hands. Impressive considering it was designed in the 70's, and produced in the 80's. I must say, that is a damn good pilot! He took it in and out of a high speed stall like it was child's play.

  • takeoff checklist: "V1...Rotat-nevermind, were already at 1000ft."

  • sorry but no that was not afterburners on full, it is mearly a unrestricted climb followed by areobatics.

  • not fake i went to a airshow yesterday and saw the sme exact thing happen

  • Hey gravity, SHUT UP!

  • Comment removed

  • ugh...defintely not a fake, bud. thats an F-16 messin around. it can do a lot more than that. trust me

  • arghhh Fuel Going Very Quick Rate......

  • @razanet16 Count with 700 litres per minute! The oil companies approve that!

  • do they call it full blast?? hahaha wtf? full throttle maybe.

hey man i am gonna go FULLLLL BLAST OFF.. thanks for the laugh jackoff.

  • @bmxguy08 That's what YouTube user SupremeLevelEnt also thinks. But are you aware how damn wrong you both are?

  • @Bandicoot803 too wrong?

  • @bmxguy08 is it even possible for this to be fake... seriously guys how would this footage be remotely fake

  • @ 0:10 the jetfighter shuts the fuck up of the annoying commentator lmao.

  • @SupremeLevelEnt NO WHERE NEAR FAKE ! ! ! 100% SUBSTANTIAL ! ! !

  • @SupremeLevelEnt Its a real jet .... Dumbass.

  • @SupremeLevelEnt I'm sorry but are you retarded?

  • @SupremeLevelEnt how the hell do you even get fake out of this

  • I don't think it was on afterburner on takeoff. If it was, there would have been a massive flame at the back.

  • @MapleLeafAce it depends on how much light there is

  • F-22- Big Fucking Deal-WHERE WERE YOU ON 911?

  • Just imagine, they put two of those engines in the F15.

  • Nice video. I like the sound of fighterjets. (volume > up) Favorited.

  • Afterburner, or wing-tip rockets? I've seen Hercules (C130) cargo planes take off with rocket assist. I couldn't believe how fast that big old horse lifted off.

  • @cypresscoach Wingtips have smoke makers for show. Set on wingtips so when aircraft does rolls in creates nice corkscrew pattern.

  • @Toddinfantry Oh, I see. I should have known there's not enough structural strength on the wing tips. The cargo plane I watched take off had rockets mounted right on the fuselage, behind the wings. It was quite a show, the plane taxied about 300 feet, ignited those rockets, and lifted off immediately. They use them for emergencies when they have to take off from a tiny airstrip.

  • Love that paint scheme. Doing a 1:48 of it at the mo. Great vid

  • I don't know which is the most beatiful painting scheme. This one or the new one, whole in orange. I need to find this decal sheet in 1/72 scale. Thanks for the great video!

  • Wow! I love the P-51 Mustang in the shot at the start. Could you imagine that big bad F-16 Falcon rising to meet any WWII foe?! I bet that would have been something! :D Lovely!

  • @tonyt73 Can't remember the name of the movie, it might be Final Countdown, where a modern aircraft carrier ends up near Pearl Harbor at the time of the attack. Been along time since I saw it.

  • @tonyt73 I just saw something special: When you pause the video at 0:05 you can see the handwriting saying "Big Beautiful Doll" on the right side of theP-51 Mustang's engine.

Gees, I uploaded the the video three years ago and never noticed it!

  • Comment removed

  • @Bandicoot803 before it was swatted out of the sky by a Skyraider about a month ago... :(

  • @tonyt73 ww2 flyers were good but any jet now would take out any ww2 plane easy

  • did i hear lufftwaffe?

  • @MrVolcanoes22 No, you heard "Königliche Luftmacht" in german, which means "Royal Air Force".

  • @Bandicoot803 thanks for the clarification. 8)

  • @Bandicoot803 LuftWaffe is theRoyal Air Force idiot Luftmacht is Air Power

  • @cryteeek Keep the following two important things in mind:

#1: I appreciate helpful corrections when errors are detected!

#2: I do NOT want any assault on my channel or else!

  • Nice Video!!!

  • I love that paint scheme.

  • Score one for General Dynamics.

  • You know that pilot had a diamond cutting HARD -ON the whole time!

  • WAZSZSZZZZZ WAR DAZZZSZSZ DENN? xD

  • Nice Vid ! Its great having people post videos without a crappy music overtop of it.The sound of the engine is music to my ears.

  • BAD ASS AIRPLANE right there

  • NETHERLAAAAAANDSS! YEAAAAAAaAaaa BITCH
