you should make the terrain transitions smoother. The terrain looks kind of choppy. Other than that there are some great ideas in the video.

yeah, I tried to put some mods in my game but I don't know how. I find it very difficult. Can you help me for that?

It is really easy to get mods to function once you know how. Use a site like Simtropolis or SC4 devotion, and save them to your plugins file, which is usually located under Usename/Documents/SimCity4. If you have any other questions, feel free to message me.

I recomend: simtropolisDOTcom (click on the menu ST Exchange)
