@mkthomas411 Hi, off hand, I can't remember for this workout, it was quite a while ago. The details should be easy to find in my workout section. If you type the name into the search bar, it should be easy enough to find :)
I love your channel and blog, I check both regularly. I have my hubby doing your workouts with me, they kick his butt too. :-D I want to do this workout but I know I can not do a divebomber yet so I may just put regular pushups in there or something. Keep up the good work girl :o)
@BlackOrchid011784 Thanks, glad you and you husband are enioying my workouts. An alternative to the divebomber is the hindu pushup whiich is only a dive down minus the reverse movement. You hand also do a "diving" push up from your knees, if that helps, again without the reverse movement. Hope this helps, and thanks again for you comment :)

See I am was gonna start doing kettlebells but I dont want to get big. Just toned.

@madaxemanb whether or not you get big, is mostly down to how much you eat, not how much you lift. Kettlebells certainly don't bulk.
