also you do not want to walk your pig counter clock wise. you want to by 10 to 15 feet away from judge and stand on the opposite side of your pig that the judge is on so they can get a good look at your pig.
I show pigs. it was actually my first year this year and i had a grand champion Hereford Barrow at Wisconsin state fair. i also had Overall point winner in the Wisconsin show pig association. all i can say is that showing pigs is my life and i love doing it so much. and we only use boards for when we show boars to keep them from fighting, other wise i use a whip.
