dude can i ask about your right hand technique cos i always learnt it in a different position like mark king and marcus miller but you play like flea is that just what you learnt or is it easier or something

@TheHeavymetal80 I find the right hand angle of attack to be very individual. I would suggest to do it the way that is most comfortable to you. Marcus Miller, Flea and Louis Johnson all have very different angle approach yet it works well! Find your comfortable attack and stick to it.

good song, just when uding vibrato it sunds better to play it as a series of up and down bends rather then sliding of the finger, that doesnt work well on fretted instruments, it shouldnt work at all but instead you get a funny tone. but nice playing only a mild point

maan.. nobody learns from watching how another guy plays the song in normal speed. you should make vids in witch you explain how to play each part and that in slow motion so everybody can really figure out what "special moves" to play. me for example: i wanted to see how a capable bassplayer plays the slapped-deadnotes in the verse part ;)

@wgreenman74 Hmm, keep in mind that slightly behind the beat is where the "pocket" is when playing bass in general. Listen more closely to the live versions Flea plays in chorus. It pretty similar to the simplified version I presented here. Cheers
