@warprod He made a CD, This song is on it played by him, email citkzoff@gmail.com, at least thats what the back of my CD says "for additional copies of the CD please email citzkoff@gmail.com"
cool! I have been practicing this song for about a month (im 14), and its SO much fun!!!! I LOVE this song... i have a slightly different style... but it still sounded really cool!
I saw you play at Montgomery AG a while back, and I still find myself coming to this video every once in a while to hear it again. I really like how you play it, it really comes alive. Some of the other videos of people playing this song on YouTube seem too technical, no real energy. Keep up the great work!
t1he only thing i don't like about the piece and most other pieces they go to fast for the beat and it does not sound right it sounds to fast and they get over confident it sounds stupid then but this is one of my favourite pieces of music.
yeah, i'm finding it almost impossible to find a good quality video of this song. but i think that's just cause people in this field of music are more into performances than recording studios
hey i sall him peform that song live with the blue ash montgumery simphony ....................i peformed there to with the cinncinati boy chior and i purchesed one of his cds
You need to work on honing your intonation. It was very distracting at times. I greatly enjoy the tone and sound you can create from your cello. During the hammer-on section, the hammering seemed very loud, and we lost the actual notes. Overall, this was quite tasteful- maybe try adopting some other techniques similar to those that Mark Summer uses himself.
You're way more in tune than Mark Summer in his YouTube recording. In fact, it's really good. Especially considering you were fifteen when this was done? Bravo!
Wow. Very well done. I just started this piece, and I'm still working on it. This video has helped a lot when I'm trying to sort of position changes and stuff. Great job!
2:14 I loved the little pluck right before you started bowing again.. nice touch.. I think you could slow it down a little bit but otherwise.. perfect! I hope you stick with cello!
ughh im so jealous!!! at 15?! haha i just got this the other day and i'm really excited to work on it... but i'm not sure whether or not im gonna be able to pull it off :)
That was really cool! Just one note: Be careful to stay with the beat and not go too fast. But otherwise, that was amazing! And I love this piece. Some parts of it almost sound irish!
good. god. this must be the best on youtube, love the interpretation too. good luck lad.

Seriously, he started doing the percussion stuff.
I got an erection.
Suddenly, my pursuits into the cello seem very hopeless.
This man is the fucking champion.
